It took a while to figure out who this was because only Celine Dion’s version really comes up, but I honestly like this version better. And to top it off it turns out it was a contestant I loved from The Voice that wrote and performed it in the movie. Wow.
Same! I knew it was an acoustic version but it took me visiting the soundtrack to find this version. I didn’t watch the Voice but I like the acoustic version better as well.
I wish this song was on Apple Music and Spotify because this song makes me feel relaxed and sometimes reminds me of Deadpool’s and Vanessa’s connection and it makes me wanna cry
The first version I watched had a beautiful version of "take on me" in this scene. I was surprised when I watched it again and this song played instead. They both work perfectly for this scene so I can't decide which one is better.
I personally love this one, it's like a "Full circle" moment. This song played when Wade lost Vanessa. And this version, it's when they finally get back together. I felt this song hit a little harder than "Take on me."
I love the Celine version but this version is definitely in my opinion the one that touches the heart and brings tears to the eyes. I’m a metal head but always said I like any type of music as long as you can tell the artist put everything they had into the song. And this is one of them songs
As great as the acoustic Take On Me version in that final scene between Wade and Vanessa is, Jordan's acoustic version is just as perfect, especially when you put it next to Celine and her "this voice only goes to 11" version in the opening credits
Not to dunk on this track, but Take On Me made the scene many times better. Both fit, but this is like a heavy winter coat on a chilly day, Take On Me is like a tailored letterman jacket.
"Is this Heaven?"
"...It is now."

Well fun fact this person made the song for the movie & celine dion decided to sing it for the film
My late partner’s and my first date was Deadpool 2 so this song makes me miss her that much more ;~;
❤Be strong ❤

6 years and it's still greyed out in Spotify. I downloaded the song and put in local files in Spotify.
@@Oshadorinhow did you do that?
Honestly, this makes this scene 100x sadder to watch.

Never had a movie made me cry and laugh at the same time like deadpool, movie masterpiece
that introduction just touches me everytime
Deadpool enters heaven: Sorry I'm late, I had to save a kid.
Tony Stark: Don't worry, so did I.
Dang this made me laugh but made me cry as well
Okay wow, if your line isn't in Deadpool 3 I don't know how I'll feel.
I will remember this song forever because it touched my heart in Deadpool 2 ending
Im crying with this song😭😭😭
I was surprised I didnt hear "take on me". It was romantic but this cover song fits better on the last scene.
It isn't a cover. Jordan wrote this song.
Why this version is not in Spotify? )":
I need it so bad!

Love this so much. Thank you for uploading this!
Amazing 😊
Excited for Deadpool & Wolverine?
Is there a version where it’s just a loop of the “oooo”s at the beginning?
Kiss me like you miss me Red.

Thankfully, this orginal version was in the film, not Dion's awfull dirge.
