My journey with health concerns started in 2014 with 3 strokes. I did 6 weeks in the hospital and 7 months of rehab learning how to walk and talk again. That was followed by a heart attack in 2021. Shortly thereafter I was hit with stomach cancer and the removal of my stomach. For me Johnnie was an inspiration and still is. I'm happy to still be alive and have learned to appreciate every day.
Wow! The mystery house with that outside area and the view from that balcony... amazing and my favourite in this episode! Thanks so much for sharing! I know I write this every time, but I am just so happy and thankful that I've got to watch this show because of people like you.❤️
Wells Cathedral is one of my favorite cathedrals. It's not only imposing, but it's beautiful too. House #1 beams are too low. House #2 no character at all. It could be in Nebraska. Mystery house - I like it! It's unusual. To have a self contained apartment is useful. £900 a month is attractive.
House 1 was exquisite. I do take issue with the metal plate and bolts reinforcing that one beam mentioned. I’ve the same upstairs in our barn conversion and have hurt myself several times on those things. House 2 lacked character. House 3 was beautiful, but being that close to the stream (although lovely during the summer) gives me concern about flooding in wet years.
House #1 is beautiful, but half of it is difficult to live in. #2 was nice, but small, and not a single tree in the garden. Last house was very romantic, but much too big.
"Come on, if we find those bones we're made for life." Goodness Johnny was funny! There's some solace in knowing that there are hundreds of hours of footage that his sons can watch later and get an idea of the personality of their father. As for this episode - interesting properties all, but none that were really suited to the couple.
I cringe at their answer for a long term marriage. "We tolerate each other, we are good friends, and we give each other enough space." You are basically friends that are married. And he couldn't even remember her outfit right, the night they met. Sweet Jesus...... I said what I said. Houses were great tho. 🙏💝🌷✨
About the outfit I can safely excuse him as a bloke myself. We men don't usually remember cloth colours and stuff like that generally. The yellow mini skirt was probably the first sexy thing he saw her wearing, that made him pay attention to her really. I can confirm a mini skirt - we would never forget lol
I miss Jonnie Irwin...his spirit and enthusiasm are sorely missed on ETTC
💯😔🕯️
I’m not a fan of this host. He’s rather blunt and bossy.
I agree - he was one of my favorite hosts and it's hard to believe he's gone.

Hoped I would find an episode with Jonnie Irwin. Rest In Peace, Jonnie. Sympathy to his wife & children.
I admire Hosts when they answer in an elegant Way to provocative reflections from the Buyers; .....nd miss you Jonnie, always !
My heart feels pain John. I do miss you.
Now this episode was quite interesting to watch this couple unfold their interests with Jonnie's guidance, well done. Thank you
Great to see Johnny
Bless his beautiful family🙏🌹♥️

The mystery house😍. 1 of my favourite of this program.
The mystery house is wonderful. But this couple don't deserve it. They need a regular house in town because they have no imagination or style.
🤣
You took the words right out of my mouth!
This!
@@julen2380 huh??
@@mcdflintLol. I wanted to reply to the original comment by lovesagt but youtube apparently had other ideas.
#1 for sure. Very nice.
Love this show, from a viewer in America.
The country side is beautiful and I'm jealous i would love to cook on your kitchen cookers
wow the mystery house is amazing😊😊
Oh well moving right along...after their mystery house comments I skipped the rest sorry Jonnie (RIP my darling man)
I liked all three homes but house number 2 was my favorite.
Me too
Rest in Peace
imagine all the manual labor, beasts of burden, and heavy materials they had to haul up that giant hill to build that tower !!!
I would pick house number 2, nice layout, 4th bedroom, turn-key,
They really want their current house, which was lovely, but in the country setting.
I'm all in on House #3 because it' quirky and charming. I'd be on that deck listening to the creek for breakfast and dinner.
Love ya, Jonnie!
House #1 was fascinating
The mystery house it was all my taste, kind of an Australian vibe there. Stunning!
I loved that old mill 😍 I could easily live there!
I would have grabbed that Mystery house It was simply gorgeous
My ancestral homeland. I hope to see it before I die.

😢 Jonnie we took watching him for granted
Wiltshire, Somerset, Dorset, and Devon, and Hampshire are the places of my ancestors.
Looks like Lexie and Peter are heading towards the fifth dimension

They must have trained them well with good life skills
I hope Charlie’s family receive something when you show reruns……
They don't like the old or new. They just need a practical, normal house in the country. They are to tall for 1 SMH
he did not show them anything on their wish list.
Where is Charles family? Are you reaching out to them in any way?
