    Yes, it's buttercream icing. Royal icing would work also, but does not taste as good and dries hard. Look for our video on "Winbeckler's Buttercream Icing."

    There are 2 shipping tabs--UPS and USPS. USPS is usually much less expensive for lightweight items. There is a minimum shipping fee of $6.30, however.

    Believe they were both Ateco but any brand will work. As far as we know, Wilton does not make a 415/050 tip--we carry both tips on our website.

    That is great. My problem is many times when tips are being talked about or demonstrated, the tip numbers are always mentioned but not the brand name (I don't know why). So may I ask at this point, is it Wilton tip or Ateco,or what brand? (so that I can easily locate the right tip). Thanks.

    • @CakeSuppliesPlus
      @CakeSuppliesPlus  9 лет назад +1

      Vincent Jiya The tip numbers are pretty universal between manufacturers. We've added a link to the video taking you to the tools used in our buttercream videos. Here it is also www.winbeckler.com/All-Buttercream-Videos-Tools-Used-In-Video-c1437.htm

    Rule no 1, you don't squeeze the bag with your fingers, you lose control. You squeeze with your palm, this is why her lines are not straight. If you're going to teach, make sure you're doing it right.
