Yes, it's buttercream icing. Royal icing would work also, but does not taste as good and dries hard. Look for our video on "Winbeckler's Buttercream Icing."
Thanks 4 sharing
thanks for sharing this video
Just search RUclips for Winbeckler Buttercream and you'll see our video on how we make our icing.
There are 2 shipping tabs--UPS and USPS. USPS is usually much less expensive for lightweight items. There is a minimum shipping fee of $6.30, however.
rsolero1 I can't tell the brand on the 67 tube, but the one on the right is Ateco.
can someone please tell me what you call that big blue board/surface he`s piping on
They are Ateco I could read the tip brand
Awesome..
Believe they were both Ateco but any brand will work. As far as we know, Wilton does not make a 415/050 tip--we carry both tips on our website.
Hi...I am from India . Where can I buy tip415 or can you suggest any substitute? TYIA
me encantaria conseguir la segunda boquilla , es precioso lo que se consigue con ella
Amazing
Awesome
What frosting do you use, butter cream?
Hi I love to buy this tips. I went to your site and I can't find them. can you help me please? I love the way you teach us thank you verry much.
Just search for 415 or 050 tip on our site.
That is great. My problem is many times when tips are being talked about or demonstrated, the tip numbers are always mentioned but not the brand name (I don't know why). So may I ask at this point, is it Wilton tip or Ateco,or what brand? (so that I can easily locate the right tip). Thanks.
Vincent Jiya The tip numbers are pretty universal between manufacturers. We've added a link to the video taking you to the tools used in our buttercream videos. Here it is also www.winbeckler.com/All-Buttercream-Videos-Tools-Used-In-Video-c1437.htm
That's ok. Thanks.
Is this Wilton nozzle?
Great teaching

Rule no 1, you don't squeeze the bag with your fingers, you lose control. You squeeze with your palm, this is why her lines are not straight. If you're going to teach, make sure you're doing it right.
