It's sooooo deserving, great cast, great writing, great crew and great show!! My second choice would be Girls, third is Big Bang Theory, fourth is Veep, fifth is 30 Rock and sixth Curb.

The USA has produced some great comedy like - I Love Lucy, Bilko, Soap, The Golden Girls, Friends, Will and Grace etc, but Modern Family is sooooooo funny.
i find this show slightly above average, but the acting is PHENOMENAL, i think its what sets this show apart from shows like parks n rec and 30 rock (shows i dont really like).....but i am a big fan of this show
What I like the most about this shows is the fact that there are not fake laughter in every single phrase, like most of sitcoms do. Because the fake laughter is really annoying, I mean "two and a half men" the bing theory along others, they're good, but that dammit sound all over the show is just unbereable!!!!

"Modern Family" has a huge success, off course both in the US (first program that has ever beaten in ratings "American Idol") and here in Italy, but it has also have one of the best writing and acting in TV. Probably the best comedy show of the last 4/5 years along with "30 Rock". Check them out!

It's surprising how a supposed to be comedy show can make you cry in each and every episode, nd you can learn life lessons from them.
This show kinda reminds me of the series, The Wonder Years. Modern Family has more comedic side tho.
