Camille had one of the greatest days in the history of Cross Examination and then followed up by dismantling any chance to Rehabilitate the witness she destroyed during Redirect Examination. Camille did this on live TV in front of a Super Bowl Size audience of people from all around the world. Camille is now the most famous lawyer on the planet.

She was well prepared and thorough, but she lost many opportunities to to impeach Amber as well as ask leading questions instead of yes/no. Also she was too confrontational with no reason.

She said what she said is untrue and then brought 7 people who are not even friends with Amber any more, makeup artist, Johnny ex friend, Johnnys ex therapist, who basically confirmed her narrative even though they didn’t see the beating. Al those depositions were available so the jury needs to now believe they all lie but Johnny and his current paid bodyguards tell the truth. There is no way there is a jury who will pay him the money. The judge in the UK rules that 12 out of 14 beatings were likely, nothing changed since then.

And yet Court TV downplayed that cross like it was doing groceries. AH was obliterated on the stand, shown with her own evidence that she lied multiple times. Her credibility is below zero at this moment and this case will be judged on the credibility.

There’s suspicion that audio was recorded in 2019 due to a portion of the exchange seeming to reference Johnny’s age and him correcting her by saying 56. I was able to track down a channel discussing this possibility, Stevie J Raw.
Mind blowing if that’s the case, but I have to emphasize this is speculation.

Heard doesn't feel alive if there's no aggression in her relationships. She is never wrong and if backed into a corner will lie her way out of all situations just to be right! Camille handled the cross-examination superbly. Poor Depp never had a chance! I'm sure he's relieved to be free of this violent creature.
Where is the proof all of her relationships have been aggresive? None of her exes have said a bad thing about her in fact her ex wife made a statement saying the Amber never hurt her.
Camille was a Barracuda in Heels today. She’s making her name as a great litigator. Elaine, on the other hand, doesn’t belong in a courtroom.
Her personality, by hearing and seeing her on video and tape, proves to me she is not abused, but the abuser!
I found myself cheering for Camille repeatedly. With this viewing her already fine career will now become phenomenal. As a woman who grew up with a mother who had the same personality disorders back when mothers were all considered saints and there were were no authorities to help us victims life was most often intolerable. My all too charming mother outside of the home is long gone now but this trial has been wonderfully cathartic for me. I am most grateful for the fact that DCF now has this info so they will keep a running tab on how Amber treats her daughter. What everybody needs to know is that these people are incapable of feeling empathy for anyone. They can only fain it which they do during their charm campaigns.

At the end of her testimony A H was asked by the judge to go back and take a seat next to her lawyers , but instead she left the court room before the jurors could do so. That was disrespectful.
As an abuse survivor...of course I would remember being assaulted and a finger being chopped off and the order. Absolutely. I dont by the trauma excuse AT ALL. I remember the sequence of what happened to me 30 years ago

RUclips is full of comments from dv victims testifying they couldn't look at their abuser in court.
When they showed footage of Amber’s deposition for the UK case, she completely flipped the scraped toe/locked in the bathroom situation. She said she was hiding from him and he was trying to break down the door to attack her. The opposite is true, and she admitted that in a recording. HUGE LIE.
And isn’t it odd that for each and every incidence of abuse, she claimed Johnny grabbed her by her neck and either held her up against a wall, or held her down. Yet ZERO photo evidence of bruising/scratches on her neck. It doesn’t take much to bruise a neck if you’re being held forcefully, and surely there would be evidence of scratches.
I went into this trial with an open mind. I would never pre-judge someone without hearing evidence from both sides. But the evidence shows she just can’t be believed. Way too many lies have been exposed.

She never admitted the contrary in fact, the only thing Camille used from that video was the fact she was "laughing.
@@fernandaolivares7926 I am curious about why she didn’t press her on the inconsistency in the description of the argument, but I have a feeling she played that clip to ‘just leave it there to marinate’, and she’ll break it out later in the case - maybe even in the closing arguments.
We’ve heard about the bathroom incident so many times. It was always Johnny in the bathroom. She didn’t dispute that. There is a recording of them talking about the incident. She lies so much she can’t keep track of lies she’s already told - lies that have been recorded on video, under oath, in a deposition.

@@ChakaLostie Just showing the 2016 deposition video clip showed inconsistency in her story all on its own- but more importantly, it showcased a totally different attitude & demeanor than what she has shown on the stand six years later. She was indifferent and smug, and also putting food in her mouth to hide the smirks and smugness. In 2022, she’s more emotional than she ever was in 2016.
If they could have included the objections from her team & the look on her face during that rape, it would have shown even more about her shift in demeanor & presentation of events.

I'm sure her lawyers did a good preparation job but she's arrogant and conceited, she does what she wants.
Her story is that Johnny was trying to push in the door to get to her but in the auto tape you can clearly hear that it is him in a bathroom trying to keep her out as she is pushing the door. That is how she pushed the door into his head. Bathroom doors open inwards not the other way around.
I'm disappointed yall didn't comment on how Elaine literally MOCKED Johnny Depps voice during redirect regarding his statement "he wouldn't look her in her eye" again.

At first I thought even if she greatly exaggerates, it's going to be hard for Johnny to win. Now, I'm thinking it's a slam dunk. We only have to wait for the jury to decide. Even if Johnny doesn't win, he has cleared himself and rehabilitated his public perception.
She didn't do well on her direct examination. She fell apart under cross examination. She made it obvious she likes having her way and doesn't like backing down. If she's struggling to backdown and trust her lawyers when she has so much to loss, imagine what she'd do when nobody's watching.
In relation to Johnny looking at her, I think they're going to bring in more daming statements by her. Her new PR guy released a statement demanding why Johnny couldn't look at her during the trial. They went after the lawyers too. If they make that PR verbatim or parts of it part of their closing arguments, it won't look good for her. I wonder why the PR team thought the statement was a good idea.
Johnny's team are building their case, Amber's team is having theirs dismantled.

Amber presented 2 photos she implicitly stated were 2 DIFFERENT photos. Her reasoning was "they were taken at different times...as you can see the light is different" 🤣🤦🏽♀️ NOooooo! You can literally lay 1 over the other and they are the EXACT same photo. 1 has a (VERY obvious) filter on it to try and make her "bruise" more pronounced.
Should she not be "in very big trouble" for that? Would a filter of the SAME photo not be considered "falsifying evidence"? And is it ALSO the responsibility of her lawyers to have caught that before submitting them as 2 separate exhibits?
Granted there is literally over 1000 "exhibits" but is that not at least 1 reason she has "paid over $6 MILLION" for? 🤔
Absolutely. I was shocked that they didn't drill her more on those pictures. Even the fly aways were in the exact same position.
At times it is upsetting to hear the BPD type panic of perceived abandonment in AH on recordings and her attempts to desperately assert control over the situation through bullying, mocking, begging, love bombing etc.
Johnnys "absence" or lack of availability to give attention whether it be through being drunk, drugged or taken of by his staff would be triggering to someone with BPD traits.

I agree, however I don’t see how any person would be able to please Amber Heard. She is incapable of maintaining any relationship- romantic or platonic- for a few years. She has fought with her best friends, her family, her boyfriends…listening to the audio, it seems like JD actually had more patience than most people.
That all may be true, but nothing excuses her lying so much in order to destroy him in so many ways. He'd long since "abandoned" her when she made some of these disgusting allegations. Imho, she should have a criminal charge and record for doing what she's doing.

It tears your inner soft tissue, it bleeds and you are dry so it tears and bruises the labia and clit because you are struggling and kicking. It hurts like hell, it gets an infection and you put your legs apart for days with a bedsheet draped over because you don't want to put your legs together. You can't walk for days and you try to ice it. You have to hydrate because that's the only way to regulate the acidity of pee to pass it but you prefer to vomit that because of the pain of going to the bathroom. There is a renal area tear because of how violent it is and oh if you have even had a nail scratch that part you know the pain. I hate Amber, because this is at the very least how it would have felt. Not her galloping around the house taking photos. I will write this until everyone understands that at least this part, she lied about. There would have been blood, small pieces and that bottle since it's that big would have hit her cervix and she would need surgery. The writing on the mirror and the handwriting in the journal seems to match to me.

Please everybody- there is an audio recording of this finger cut off episode in Australia. It has not been admitted into evidence b/c the doctor and nurse are also on the recording. In it Amber admits to being responsible for severing JD's fingertip. She is hysterical. The MD and nurse exchange comments on need to give Amber Seroquel(psych drug) right now on top of her usual dose. No talk of Amber having physical injury. There was talk of looking around for the tip of his finger. I have listened to this recording. I am a health care provider. I believe that if the jury heard this recording they would KNOW Amber is lying about Australia.

Why would she invite James Franco over to Johnny's house knowing full well how Johnny felt about him and the suspicions he already had about her having an affair with him? It shows her total disregard and disrespect for Johnny's feelings, his home, and their marriage. That's the message I would think the jury would draw from her inviting him over. Franco doesn't have to testify, her actions speaks for itself. She just put more fuel on the fire.

Amber states the assault happens on a counter (counters are a minimum of 36" hight) That would imply that Johnny 58 years old was capable of throwing Amber on the counter while holding her down with one hand while the second hand forced her legs apart...and kept them apart....while he picked up a bottle to assault her. Mr. Depp would not have been able to have the strength to control Amber in that position with one hand and assault her. Amber would have been throwing her body around and clawing at Mr. Depp with her two free hands.
It was established that Johnny Depp told Heard that she would never see his eyes again, ergo, he's a man of his word, not showing his eyes to her again. How did these attorneys on the panel miss that stated fact by Johnny Depp?
About the orient express honeymoon: does anyone have a layout of their cabins? As many photos as I found I couldn't see any rooms with two beds (bunks) and in between them a wall. All of them have a window between the beds. So how is it he held her to a wall BETWEEN the beds? Unless I haven't just seen any photos of a cabin with that layout... just saying

Follow up: the audio recording is on Incredibly Average RUclips site. Dated April 2020 with Australia in the title. I think anyone that cares about this trial should listen to this in it's entirety.
When you play recordings, actually play it and give the right context. The recording were AH is in the car, he was going to be with his daughter. She wouldn't let him. She lied and said he was going to do drugs and then the rest was played and proved she lied.
I don't believe her friends saying they aren't friends anymore. Raquel seems like she's lying right from the start. Takes her hours to answer a simple question that involves herself. Im sure Amber Heards lawyers told them to act as though they don't speak so it makes her testimony more believable.
The men in the jury wld be thinking: My wife's like that too...and whilst all the professional feel Depps lady attorney's performance was quite a masterpiece, i felt she was personally involved in this case with her heart sold out.
