While there is a lot of gossip and wrong information, there's also a lot of knowledge that can be found by credible people. If I heard rumors that Bo had a history of assaults, I'd investigate that and see if it was credible. It would have been a motive for the murder. Bo is smart enough to think of using his cousin, who he knows has a bad substance abuse problem.

Their vindictive prosecution of the man after a jury acquitted him of murder, doesn’t mean they think he did the crime, but that they are upset with him for naming the person who he claims to have murdered the poor girl. Also they did not find a struggle and if he would have punched her there would have been blood which they did not find. This was planned especially getting her out of her home without anyone noticing probably because they were both involved all along.

Nice episode. Sometimes few local officials know that the murderer is likely an influential local guy based on circumstantial evidence. They may let the worst local investigator investigate the case. Just so the killer never gets caught. A punch by a tough male person at the right place can kill a girl. Regardless of who killed whom.

I believe Ryan is telling the truth about how they hid and burned her body but that he is hiding everything else. I think both Ryan and Bo were high and drunk and killed Tara together. Since we don't have an actual body, we'll never know if she was sexually assaulted or strangled or tortured. Maybe Ryan is legitimately fuzzy about those details or maybe he is purposely not telling them but there is a reason a glove with his DNA was found outside Tara's house. Tara deserves better than all of this, if I were her family member I'd want to confront Ryan and Bo to tell them what I really think of them.

Well, just like everything else in this world, Money. It all comes down to who has the money to buy their way out of it. Bo Dukes is an absolute POS who will get out of prison and rape or kill someone again. HE SHOULD BE CHARGED WITH HER MURDER!!! Our justice system is flawed. Leave Ryan alone and let him do his time.
