A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight. If you're interested in learning more, see the ‘But How Come You're Not Fat' and 'It Was Just A Normal Day...' videos available on my channel.
Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.

Mr Beard is such a friendly chap. He's never callous or rude to the wait staff and is always praising the food. I never thought watching a man shovel food into his mouth that could feed a family of five could be so wholesome.

I like how this guy never wastes even a crumb of food. And has a particularly clean way of eating considering of course the amount of food he's eating.
Yeah nothing goes to waste ! never leave a single meat on the bone attitude..
very clean and he makes it look easy and yummy...never fails to make me hungry!! I watch another couple now and then on RUclips and they usually look like they are about to pass out by the end of the challenge....the rest of these eaters I can't bear to watch as they eat in such an ugly fashion.... not tasting anything. Adam tastes the food even though he eats fast. He is incredibly efficient.

YO same! The algorithm must've boosted him hard last week for some reason. I don't watch many "food" or "eating" channels and it showed up for me and I was hooked. The formula is perfect (intro - then the VO during the challenge with intercut joking with the people around him). I just always think about how much time he'd save (which would detract from the charm and point of the show) if he didn't banter so frequently and, if he didn't have to wipe down his beard 30 times per challenge.

I was visiting my father last weekend (Jersey boys) and he asked me if I ever saw this bearded guy eat massive amounts of food. He was shocked I already knew about our boy Beard for years. I was also working as the super for my building and this Spanish family had Beard on their television while they had lunch. The grandmother doesn't speak a lick of English but was as avid as the rest watching. Goes to show you never really know how far reaching the audience is!

I love all of the food challenge community on RUclips (well the four or five that I watch), and the love and respect they have for each other. But having found him about a year ago, Beard is easily my favorite to watch. Besides just crushing anything that comes his way (I can only think of one loss off the top of my head), his general demeanor and the way he reacts with the staff and other customers is super wholesome. I used to be able to put away a lot of food. I remember hearing somewhere that when you start eating, there is a certain amount of time and then you start to feel full, so speed was always my technique. I’d love to try and retrain myself to do this. I salute you sir. 👏

As impressed as I always am with the amount of food you can eat, and that speed with which you can eat it, I’m even more impressed that you can do it all when the food is so hot. I don't know if you've done a video on this already but as a viewer, it would be really interesting to hear you breakdown how you actually eat this much/fit this amount of food in your stomach as well as how you feel when you do (do you have to force the food, do you feel nauseous etc.) It looks really effortless which is incomprehensible to me. I love watching your videos. It reminds me of when I was under 40 years old and had a HUGE appetite for steaks, burgers, Full English Breakfasts etc. and could manage to eat something approaching 20% of what you eat

Contemplate how the Roman Empire fulfilled the role of the beast from the sea in Revelation 13. Revelation 17 confirms that it is in fact Rome. From this we can conclude that A) Jesus is the Son of God and can predict the future or make it happen, B) The world leaders/nations/governments etc have been conspiring together for the last 3000+ years going back to Babylon and before, C) History as we know it is fake. You don't really need to speculate once you start a relationship with God tho.
Can't get a response from God? Fasting can help increase your perception and prayer can help initiate events. God will ignore you if your prayer does not align with His purpose (James 4:3) or if you are approaching Him when "unclean" (Isaiah 1:15, Isaiah 59:2, Micah 3:4). Stop eating food sacrificed to idols (McDonald's, Wendy's etc) stop glorifying yourself on social media or making other images of yourself (Second Commandment), stop gossiping about other people, stop watching obscene content etc and you should get a response. I'm someone who can't stand mouth sounds, and I don't particularly like watching people eat, but food challenges are definitely an exception. It's so impressive what you're doing, and how you approach it. I really like your videos, and they don't gross me out with a bunch of smacking a burping. Did something similar at a burger chain here in Kansas called Spangles, called the monster in 2014. 12 patties, 2 sides of fries, 1 side of onion rings, and a drink.... they gave me 30 minutes, I destroyed it and finished the wife's order in 20... 8 years later, I'm still the only one to finish in time

From this we can conclude that A) Jesus is the Son of God and can predict the future or make it happen, B) The world leaders/nations/governments etc have been conspiring together for the last 3000+ years going back to Babylon and before, C) History as we know it is fake. You don't really need to speculate once you start a relationship with God tho.
Can't get a response from God? Fasting can help increase your perception and prayer can help initiate events. God will ignore you if your prayer does not align with His purpose (James 4:3) or if you are approaching Him when "unclean" (Isaiah 1:15, Isaiah 59:2, Micah 3:4). Stop eating food sacrificed to idols (McDonald's, Wendy's etc) stop glorifying yourself on social media or making other images of yourself (Second Commandment), stop gossiping about other people, stop watching obscene content etc and you should get a response.
