I have thought through this case from the perspective of a juror and determined that from a juror's perspective, the following people are the four most likely killers of Drew Misham, in decreasing order of likelihood:
    1. Kristoph Gavin
    2. Phoenix Wright
    3. Spark Brushel
    4. Vera Misham
The main factors making Wright suspicious, aside from being connected to the case where the Mishams' forged evidence was presented to get Phoenix disbarred and the current case, being the extremely manipulative way he handled the jury, giving them a narrative that involved time travel to make Kristoph look as guilty as possible with points the prosecution had no chance to refute.

We've seen the random jury selections in Great Ace Attorney 1 and 2. This is pretty believable.

I mean if we have a detective with surname Gumshoe then no wonder we have a Judge named Judge who is actually a Janitor and somehow has a younger brother who is also a Judge...or another Janitor?
