Thank you for your thoughts and a fun project! I so agree that our supplies inspire us as we see them. I love the idea of petting them, haha. It is a good idea to know what I have:
Love your snippets. Motivates me to get ready to work and create with bits and pieces. I adore the flowers. I am repurposing a shoe rack to upgrade my from my self designed rack made from clothing rack. I want towatch you spool creating. I'll share pics of racks later
Love this idea for when I don’t have an old spool. Your snippet rolls are beautiful too. It is so great having you back again!! I missed your cheerful voice and great instructions. Vicky
Good morning my dear Kim! Love this and so easy to do. Love the size of them. My sister in law Tracy has made me 20 spools using rolling pins. I am patiently waiting for them so that I can use them all. I will plan on making some of these as well. I’ve used glue dots to tack the edge down as well. I’m like you, I don’t want the stuff moving around. Thanks so much for sharing. ❤ hugs and blessings to you and Tom
Thank-you Nancy, would love to see your creations, please be sure to give Izzie a little scratch for me, right behind her ears. Have a very creative week! xo

Happy New Year! You were recommended on RUclips because I discovered Cass from Clutterbug over a year ago and she has helped me many times over! I’m just starting to get into sewing! Now you’re expanding my creative side. Thank you!
Unique and beautiful! Thank you! I live in Ohio so baskets are and easy find and not to expensive; lol. Longaberger ones I even sprayed a couple my husband said you painted those lol. I said Im keeping themm not selling them. But teal and pink are my theme colors. 😊❤71 years old and having an interesting life! Happy New zyear and New Ways! ❤
I have saved circles from ribbon rolls and cardboard food lids. Now I don't have cut the circles. Now I need to find them since everything was thrown into boxes to have new floor installed.
I am planning on just going to make holes to place spools on metal bars of shoe rack. I like the dowels for making stands. I am guessing that I might pad inside of tube for stablity for eack spools.
Thought I was done commenting, but the idea for Christmaa decorations is great to put away my Christmas 🎄
