    awesome tidbits of info. definitely something i will tinker with next time at the range. For me my swing changes on a daily basis, sometimes pushy slicey, sometimes perfect, sometimes, pulley hookey. I think your stock driver swing is very good btw, that first ball was blitzed.

      Yea that first driver swing was great. Too bad they're usually not like that on the course 😢

      Lol golf ect? ... I see what they did there. Yea been taking a few steps backwards in my game but I believe in the long run it will definitely help me out.

    • @MilesMartinGolf
      @MilesMartinGolf 2 года назад

      It will feel like your going backwards at first. Makeing changes means not doing your normal thing and that's gonna feel wierd and your gonna mess it up for awhile. Eventualy it become the new normal and your game comes back better than ever. At least that's how it works for me.

    • @BROchachoGOLF
      @BROchachoGOLF  2 года назад

      Swing changes feel super weird. I was at the range yesterday working on the elbow thing we talked about and man ... It was so frustrating trying to get it down. But near the end of my range session I felt like a found a cheat code lol my shots were coming out hot and powerful.

  • @thebackyardgolfer7010
    @thebackyardgolfer7010 2 года назад

    I definitely agree with keeping the right elbow more tucked in, but I think your club face a little shut is actually good, just release more to the right, I was never successful with an open club face. Good luck!

    • @BROchachoGOLF
      @BROchachoGOLF  2 года назад

      Hmm not for me. I miss a lot to the left. The more right I release the me the aggressive the draw/hook is lol

      @@BROchachoGOLF I see, that makes sense for you, so you keep that face as it is, I tend to open it on my downswing, as long as you committ to your coach and follow his instructions, you'll make progress. Your swing has always looked good anyways.

    Just curious- was/is the golf tec lessons something you’d recommend? How many lessons did you take?

    • @BROchachoGOLF
      @BROchachoGOLF  Год назад

      I took 15 lessons. It depends on what you are trying to accomplish. If you have the time to really work on what they recommend then yes I would recommended it

    I don't know, my lessons with GT did nothing for my game. As a 6 hndcp, was I too good? Doubt it.
    As a matter of fact, I had to go back to my regular pro to get my game back in tune, I also played with a guy who stated the same thing! GT seems to be a cookie cutter, one way only philosophy.
    I realize that they studied hundreds of tour pros but not everyone in 6 ft 4, 175 lbs and 20 years old.

    Golftec, is definitely not cheap. In your opinion, can they change somebodys swing with 30 plus yrs of bad habits? I do realize that if you dont practice, it wont matter how well the training is.

    • @BROchachoGOLF
      @BROchachoGOLF  2 года назад +1

      No they are definitely not on the cheap side. I believe so, they'll give you all the tools you need but it's up to the individual to put in the work. For me I feel the hefty price tag was a motivator to go practice lol didn't want to just waste my money

    I enrolled and had 40 1/2 hour lessons with Golftec. This video is a complete fake. Very few questions or helpful advice. Zero similarity to this video. All I did was swing, swing, swing, The instructor had no idea how to use the software.
