  • Perform the cat camel stretch to mobilize the lower back and help with disassociation of other body movements. This exercise engages the lumbar spine, back extensors, and the abdominals.
    How to perform the Cat Camel Stretch:
    • Begin on your hands and knees with your back flat. Your knees should be directly under your hips and your hands directly under your shoulders.
    • Arch your back up as if you are trying to round your spine and press your back up to the ceiling as far as you can.
    • Slowly return to the start position and then reverse the motion, sinking your stomach down toward the ground.
    • No hold is required for this exercise.
