    Putting water in the pipe and closing the ends and freezing it helps you bend it as well

      Wow, that's interesting. I would worry about it rupturing from ice expansion, but a fascinating concept.

    Can you please tell us more about the induction stove you are using (how many W and what's the diameter of the element)?
    I thought the Vevor was non-magnetic and wouldn't work well. But I see you're doing just fine. I just wanna make sure I get a good stove.

    • @kimchirednecks
      @kimchirednecks  3 месяца назад +1

      @@ToastedSynapseGaming It is a Korean brand Cuckoo stove. It is about 1800 watts. The diameter of the element is about 10 inches (I think). We have used it exclusively with our Vevor stills and have not had any issues. With our larger stills, it will take longer to heat (also if the pot is wider than the contact area), but it does the job.

    Phil Billy Moonshine also has upgrade parts for the Vevor stills if you aren't so handy.

    Hello, couldnt you make the condenser from flexible stainless pipe, just add a spacer to hold the coils? thanks , best regards

    • @kimchirednecks
      @kimchirednecks  Год назад +1

      You could do that. Technically all you need is a heat conductive material to cool the steam back to a liquid. Copper is just kind of traditional and is supposed to help remove some things from the alcohol. Sulfer compounds I think.

    😃😃😃, im not running Vevor, but i am running the same set up.
    My worm is already 3/8th tubing, u actually notak8ng a change?

    • @kimchirednecks
      @kimchirednecks  11 месяцев назад

      Since our tube is now longer, it is less likely to get steam blown all the way through. (If you don't have enough coil when you are cooking, it is possible to blow steam all the way through it).Happy shining!

      I'm having that problem. I'm just distilling water. I'm having a hard time keeping the coils cold enough to give water.

    Try sealing it good and fill it with oilve oil.
    No need for the pump hookup.
    Theoretically, it should work.
    Inside your transformer for your house power. It is filled with olive oil to cool down the coil of wire.

    You can use big wine cooking 2000w stainless cooker for a distiller, just the lid must be tight.

    • @kimchirednecks
      @kimchirednecks  Год назад +1

      There are several home brewers that can be used to distill. I like these because they are easy to clean and work with an induction eye, so I don't have to worry about scorching the mash on a heating element.
