nice, I guess there's no way to run: the only way to get used to those super high balls is actually trying it and increasing the height as you go. But from a more technical perspective, do you make any adjustments or is there anything significantly different when you deal with super high balls comparing to lower heights? Or is it really just a matter of getting used to it and building confidence in what you are capable of?

Good question! So, what a lot of people think they should do to handset a super high super spinny ball is to somehow "grab" the ball "more" to stop the spin. What I found is that it's in a sense the opposite of what you should do, what has worked for me and many others is to just go in for the handset with almost "extra confidence" borderline to arrogance and just set the ball, almost with more quickness than normal and less regard for a clean outcome. As long as your fingers are soft and mold after the ball in those milliseconds, the friction stops the ball from spinning and maybe even moreso if you "agressively meet the ball", or at least that's how I believe it works. It's almost like when you do the opposite of what you think you should do, it works! 😅 It's pretty weird, but try it! (And let me know after if it worked or not!)
