- Under Armour Running shoes. Protect this house? Protect these feet. This is a running shoe review of the Under Armour Velociti Wind 2. It is my first time running in UA shoes. This is a speed day shoe which is quite interesting.
I had a lot of thoughts so I spit them out rather rapid fire. I try to keep my first impressions to around 5 minutes or under. I traditionally do a 5 on 5 series - Five minutes on the first five miles in a shoe. But, I am mixing it up as I do because I get bored and want to stay creative.

I have owned this shoe, and you know what , cutting out the humour .. you were spot on , was kind of like the adios 6. and it was a little tight in the toe box, I have mortens toe so I note it quickly if its a bit snug. Good Job (did love the look of them though)
Thank you, John. I think maybe underneath all the jokes is a serious runner 😂 maybe. What are some other shoes that give you fits so I can steer clear ?
@@MidLifeRunner merrrell vaporgloves (if you ever decide to go barefoot), The altra riviara (plenty wide enough but second and third toes ouch) and I would say the same for the wonderful Hoka speed goats (4 & 5) 20 miles + on the ups and downs the feet expand and the end of the toes get hammered , half a size up sorts that out .
Topo Athletic Specter is a tempo/speedy shoe and can be found at a reasonable price point - $98.00. Wide toe box, comfortable upper, 5 mm drop, pretty responsive PEBAX/EVA midsole. It’s a unique feel and it sniffs of Noosa Tri’s in some aspects.
Thanks for the recommend. I’m using the Deviate nitro elite for tempo (on sale also), but will check out the Topo too.
Bought it at 50% off. Received it. Tried it on. Immediately returned it.

Doooooo it. This shoe felt like a “sale shoe.” I like my sale shoes to feel like real running shoes. That way I can think about all the savings I’m making during my run

😂 voted best economical carb load of Olympians…I think. Don’t quote me on that. I did get permission to expense the 1080 v13 so I will be eating a lot ramen to earn those in this marathon block
So, do you recommend to get 1 size more ? I felt the same preassure on my toe
There are better shoes for the same price. I will run in this shoe because I bought it. I want to get my money's worth. But it's just a shoe in a world full of superior running shoes. If you do buy, then yes, 1/2 size up is recommended.
@@MidLifeRunner For 60 usd I think may be a good option. They are on Sale in Argentina. But I feel better paying for NB or Asics. What about nike shoes? Thanks for your time and your answer.
I like Nike racers Vaporfly and Alphafly. I also like the Invincible but it's big and bouncy. Unique feeling@@Martin-kq4dk

lol it's refreshing to see someone reviewing a shoe like a normal person. Shoe reviews on youtube can feel so pretentious, like wine tasting or something.

Yeah, professional reviewers have to reference all of these terms that companies copyright . My favorite part of kofuzi reviews is when he talks about what it feels like to run in the shoe. That’s the main thing I want to know .
