  • I practiced 30 days of Tantric meditation for purification that is intended to help reduce stress and anxiety. Clearing the mind and body of subconscious patterns and avidya. Using premeditative asana or yoga postures, pranayama breathing techniques, kriya or cleansing techniques, mantras and mudras to prepare myself for seated meditation. This was taught to me through the ISHTA yoga lineage (Integrated Science of Hatha Tantra and Ayurveda) by Sarah Platt Finger and Alan Finger in New York City.
