But is the spin move into a lay up legal or a travel? I have been working on it lately but people keep telling me it is a travel and therefore wouldn't count. I am just curious is it that I am doing something wrong? Or is the move a risky one that can be called if someone is petty about it? I think it definitely depends on how you do the spin. You have to pound the ball right before you spin then your spin is your 1 2 with your feet and that's legal
