      Dump pouch is great untill you have to run. I think, it's good to have one or two "fast pouches", rest of your mags in slow pouches and a dump pouch. You primary reload from fast pouch, and drop mags into dump pouch (if not on ground) and omce it calms down, you put full mags from slow pouches to fast pouches, then in easier accesible slow pouches rest of full/partially full mags, then empty mags, emptying your dump pouch

    • @TheTarotCardGuy
      @TheTarotCardGuy 2 года назад

      Ive run thousands of reloads and havent used a dump pouch in years. I have all my mags indexed facing the right. When i reindex the empty mag, i insert it to the left. That way, even if im not looking , i can tell by how my grip feels, that in grabbing an empty one.

    Got them and returned them for reasons.
    -With buckles they are hardly usable without gettint your thumb squished every time you pull a mag out.
    -Mags with (rough) texture always caught up anywhere in the pouch and made it hard to pull them out (L5AWM)
    -the slight oversize interfered with pouche on my cummerbund.
    -the 2nd layer placard pouch is pretty nice but also only really usable with the pincer placard and round versa. No possibility to use any other pouches in the pincer placard except the 2nd layer placard.
    All in all not convinced by the placard. Also cause they only fit AR15 mags.

      @@claycopopo It helps you move more quietly/stealthy compared to a dump pouch. You can also insert the mags right side up for empty/estimated mags

      I can see that to an extent ... 🤔
      If you're going to use the pouches that way it would probably be best to bump up / shuffle your mags so that's the last magazine you go to on your kit for a reload. 🤷‍♂️

    why don't you create a placard with mags pouches ontop of the mag pouches so you can have 6 instead of 3 just use iron to separate them or something but the Pincer Placard seems next level, great work

    Idk man. I think I'd rather put my empties in a dump pouch so I don't confuse and screw myself with an empty mag the next street over.
    I would have to train that way for a long time and have memory skills in time times of stress to know I have empties there.
    Good idea though
