This movie is an underrated classic. It's in my top 10 comic book films of all time. Keanu is a badass as usual. Just wish they'd made a trilogy. I wanted to see more of it.

Goes to show how unique Keanu Reeves is, before the movie people only know Constantine is a DC character with blonde hair, brown jacket with an untidy suit, there is no other version of him looking different.
You would have expect many people to dislike against Keanu Reeves looks, but the man pull it off and done very well, he has created another version of Constantine where fans like.
Personally I love the smooth black outfit and Keanu Reeves tall and handsome looks, it really did well.
This was his prime. Shame it wasn't a blockbuster.

I've been waiting his return as well. Question to ask, is it to late for a sequel? Its been about 9 years. Sin city 2 bombed due to that issue. Would a sequel do this movie justice?

Maybe we almost like a character from Comic, but we will meet again the guy who is known by us. That would be boring. I think you should appriciate Keanu's creative ideas. We can see something familiar of John from Comic but we can get something new from John - Keanu... A movie needs to be like that... something different from the old story

It's like having Tony Stark with a bald head and no facial hair. you need to respect your source material, For example: that's why Netflix's daredevil is so good. It respects the source material.

I was excited for the Dr Strange movie and watch it the 1st day it came out. I was disappointed. That movie reminded me of Constantine movie and how much better this is.
I'll say this again Constantine movie is much better than Dr Strange movie.
Constantine have maintained the supernatural mystery suspense thriller theme/vibe similar to the ninth gate and Devils Advocate throughout the movie, while being badass like John Wick. It doesn't feel like a superhero movie, which is a good thing. This movie is soooo underrated, producers are out of their minds for passing up a sequel.
They offered the paper of doctor strange to Keanu, but he rejected it. I think it would have been incredible, apparently it's not his kind of movie.
Britney Jackson Honestly Benedict fits the role of Doctor Strange and is in fact one of my favorite movies from Marvel. Although for Constantine I think Matt Ryan fits the role better than Keanu. I mean Keanu is a legend but he can’t fit all roles in every movie

Just came from the 15 Year Anniversary panel and not only was it great to see that Keanu has nothing but fond memories of making this movie, but that he was humble enough to say that he knew that he wasn't the ideal actor for the lead role. I think the movie stands on it's own just fine, but obviously Matt Ryan did his due diligence for his take. It's cool that we have two completely separate visions honestly.

I used to watch this movie since I was 6...now im about to be 15...but I still love this movie...great show, great adaptation from his chain smoking habbit, his all arrogance habbit and the way he really is was just here but the trench coat is on the tv series...but anything else about john is rigt here...

While not so faithful to the source material, it still is a great movie that can stand on its own, and one of my favourite ones.
