- This week I continue to change the settings on the Minelab Equiox 800 and with the six inch coil, go over old ground. Some nice silvers and other coins show it works.

Thanks for hunting out my RUclips channel.
My name is Andrew, so why do they call me The Coffee Bush Kid? I may have found the odd gold coin or two in the middle of the coffee bush where others fear to tread.
Metal detecting in Central Victoria, Australia. Goldfields relics, treasures, and the odd Aussie critter.

That would be a good day in anybody's book. Thanks for sharing
Simple pleasures - that only a detectorist could appreciate. :-)
Correct answer. Thanks stand up😁👍
At 20:47 that is a ladies clip-on earring. What a great memory as a kid watching my mum put them on after her hair and makeup
My grandmother did the same too. So many memories tied up in little things. Thanks for watching Leesa 😁👍
Just discovered your site. More action - less talk. Refreshing.
Thanks Russell. Glad you enjoyed watching it 👍😁
Amazing, worth a coffee after such wonderful detecting.
Thanks MB7. It was a good time out. Thanks for watching 👍😁
@@TheCoffeeBushKid I'm trying hard to save for a detector. In the mean time I love all your video's please keep them coming.
Nice finds Andrew, it is amazing sometimes what you can find going back over old ground,
Well done on the spoils , they cleaned up nicely.
I thought amish people were forbidden from technology. LOLZ! Love the content!!
Great little hunt there Andrew mate, that rubbish dump certainly made you work for the goodies but rewarded with a lovely bunch of coins. Well done mate 👌👍😀👋 Take care 👍 Tony
Thanks Tony. You do have to work in the dumps but you can find some very interesting things. Hope you are well. Take care mate 🦘🦘👍😁

Keep up the good work my friend 👍👍😉😉
Hi Andrew love watching your digs have have gained much valuable knowledge from you
Last week I was lucky to get a florin spill
1879 gothic
1917, 1916 and the best in excellent condition a 1914h
Keep digging them silvers
Glad you are getting something out of the videos Glen. That sounds like a bloody great spill. Congrats mate 👍👍😁
Nice hunt Andrew, your a machine mate, your spot on with going over old ground with different settings, great work 🤠⛏️🇦🇺
Gday Josh. Always worth going over old sites with a few years between swing even without new settings. Your hunting method changes over time and you can see the ground with older eyes. Take care mate 👍😁
@@TheCoffeeBushKid my youngest son was watching it with me and said we need to go find money haha he is only 6 and learning fast haha
Mate great hunt nice lot of silvers congrats and some great tips thanks 👍👍🍺🍺
Gday Scott. Hope the tips work well for you. Thanks for watching mate 👍😁
Hi Andrew, another successful hunt, those coins cleaned up very nice indeed , the silvers look almost new! I am sitting at the telly waiting for the "Battle Royal "...You, Mish and Deb ,may the best and or luckiest detectorist win! Even if you find nothing at all I'm sure it will be great fun! Cheers from Sayward B.C. Canada
Gday Harry. The coins cleaned up real well. It was good fun today. Glad you dropped by to watch the goings ons. Take care mate 🦘🦘👍😁
Coffee , nice job !
Lots of coins at that site.
I think I would rake away that pile of rubbish and give it another look.
Gday Wayne. I just might do that one day when I need a challenge. There will probably be one hiding. Stay safe mate 👍😁
Great video as always. Gee you make me want to invest in the 6 inch coil with the way you pluck out all those silvers 👌
I thought you already had one Kris. As you know, I love it and I do find more with it on trashy sites too. Take care mate 😁👍
@@TheCoffeeBushKid it was on the cards but I ended up getting an excalibur 2 🤷♂️ hahaha all in good time.
Great hunt Andrew 👍
Thanks for watching Lisa 😁👍
Nice hunt Andrew mate. You smashed it . Ps be over next weekend 👍
Thanks Paul. That will be great. Will be good to catch up 👍😁
Plip plop omg your cracking me up lol 😂
Well done rescuing some great coins from the rubbish dump Andrew, 👏
It looked very challenging mate, but the mighty six inch worked its charm 👌 👍
It is a great little coil Jim. My favourite. I now have a lot of trouble taking it off. I did swing the 11” coil on the beach tonight with Mish though but have been using the 6” coil in the park with her and Dig it Deb 👍😁
@The Coffee Bush Kid looking forward to watching you guys tomorrow,👍
I've got the same problem as far as changing coils 🤣
But in the winter I will
I'm hitting a great amount of silver coins at the park I'm doing now and all I'm able to dig is three inches at best, got 13 silver's last Sunday and I popped 10 today along with a few penny's,
But I'm almost in tears when I have to walk away from targets down deep that come in at 34.35 36.. 😭..
Great video enjoyed as always cheers 👍😎
Thanks Glenno. I’m glad you do. Stay safe mate 😁👍
Great to see you still finding these beautiful coins with your adjusted settings 😀 Gives me some hope for going back over some places, especially as I think (hope!) I've learnt a little from your vids along the way! All the best for today's adventure with Mish & Deb - looking forward to watching!
Thanks Deb. Got to keep trying new stuff. Glad you think you have learnt some things. Hope it all goes well for you. Take care mate 👍😁
The ground seems very productive up your way. Low 'n slow with the 6 inch coil is the way to go,and another great hunt Andrew. But you're right,it's amazing what can come up with another go at your best sites. I've done one small park in town here 3 times and have found coins each time.Cheers and all the best.
Gday Gary. It still amazes me what I find but as it should be, they are now getting less and less. Thanks for watching mate 👍😁
One seems to have an incredible ability to find silver no matter where he may roam. Great video mate. Looking forward to future adventures. 😄
My oath. Future adventures sounds great. Maybe where some tokens were handed out 😉👍
@@TheCoffeeBushKid we’ll discuss this further over a port or two.
I was half expecting you to pull a piece of gold outta that crevice
You never know what you will find in the gold fields 🤣👍
Very useful
Glad you think so 😁👍
Trash and treasure. Had a good day out myself today, ; tokens and a couple of silver bullheads.
That is a bloody good day right there Guy. Congrats on those. Hope they were filmed. Would like to see it👍😁
@@TheCoffeeBushKid hopefully get it up later next week, too long since I’ve been back on the coins and relics. Are you coming up to the Wedderburn Jamboree?
I have same machine.
Howdy Andrew, That was a good hunt. I was surprised at how well the silvers cleaned up. Did you use electrolysis on them? Good advice on going over old sites with new settings. All the targets at that hospital dump seem to be right on the surface. You could probably set your sensitivity down to 12 and still find them but I guess there is no point going any lower than necessary. Hope you are having fun with Mish and Deb. See you later today on the livestream. - roelf
Gday Roelf. The pre 46 silvers I use electrolysis but on the post 46 I use a product called CLR which is for removing calcium, lime and rust. Leave them soak in that for a few hours then clean them off with bicarb soda and water. Come up a treat. You are right about the sensitivity. The finds aren’t that deep. We are having fun and will see you soon👍😁
Well done Andrew. The 6”coil is magnificent. Have you tried running it at 10/15Mhz etc instead of multi and what are you’re thoughts on that in really rubbishy areas. Love the two for one find. Excellent. Your curio is a clip on earring
Gday Helen. The only time I drop out of multi is if I have a lot of EMI. It helps a lot. Thanks for watching. Stay safe mate 👍😁
its a clip on ear ring
Thanks for watching Tom. A couple of people have said that too. Take care mate 👍😁
Earring clip?
Hello Rose😁👍
@@TheCoffeeBushKid Nice finds A!
