As a London foodie - just love your videos. I would highly recommend the following to try in London: Oxeye in Battersea, Mere in Fitzrovia, Sollip in Bermondsey, The Sea, The Sea in Hackney, Frog in Covent Garden and Kol in Marylebone.
Thanks, The beginning wooden hand is warm hand towel, you can turn of the CC subtitles, I already wrote there, actually funny taste kaluga hybrid caviar with pistachio sorbet, is great, unique and beautifully balanced and impressive
❤ I recently subscribed to your channel and I absolutely love your videos ... Sincerely I must admit that one of my favorite parts of all your videos is when the lady says " Thank you " 😊 ... Thanks I will think about where to put my opinion, I did some my experience in subtitles, I will writing more in description, what do you think by voice or writing?
in Uk 3 stars my favorites is restaurant Gordon Ramsay and Helene Darroze The Connaught, I also like Core by Clare Smith food presentation, 2 stars I like Da Terra, in Paris my favorite is Guy Savoy, I still have many restaurants lists to visit. thanks to watching our video.
Wow, very interesting stuff! Especially that duck ragu ravioli with the whey sauce!!! I'm going to be like Elliot here and make a recommendation myself. Have you had a chance to try Tom Aikens's new restaurant Muse at 38 Groom Place? Haven't tried it myself but I already heard excellent things about it. Seems like a candidate for a second star one of these days. Anyway, nice video!!!😉
Yes I know the muse new Michelin star restaurant have a open kitchen, yes, is on our list planning, we will go to Paris on next week again, still many good restaurants on our lists, we also have many interesting Michelin restaurant on our list, and all 3 stars in uk Michelin list. Hope you will enjoy it, Thanks.
Really impressive snacks and bread course. I haven't dined here yet, but been following on Instagram for awhile. I didn't even realize they were a Brazilian restaurant. Anyway looks great!
when he took that pot of Moqueca away and replaced it with that plate, i just couldnt stop laughing. they could have just given you the plate and explained a bit instead of showing you a pot full of food first xD
@@GourmetBGourmet I see. It might also be what the fish feeds on. If it bottom feeds on small crayfish/ shrimp like animals which produces the red colour, and not fly puppets which makes the flesh more pale. All this depends on what type of bedrock there is in the lake. I have caught fresh water artic charr and trout all my life.
Very nice looking food but I am not sure I would want to spend quite so much time in the company of the staff, they even presented a dish they didn't serve.
What's with the "street smart" on the bill? Likewise the £2 for the water is a bit of a cheek. That said, £155 isn't unreasonable for a 2*, and it did look nice.
If you have to explain the food and recommend how your guests are supposed to eat it, it’s not worth eating. $500 per plate and you have to order a pizza afterwords. Give me good rustic bistro food any day .
what ridiculous cooking. at first we should thank nature for getting nursed and not get mocked by a cook artist. by the way: i do love excellent cooking and food, but on the natural basic without this stupid chichi.
Foods presentation very good.
Thanks
I like all the courses and open kitchen, Baba sorbet look very special.

I would need to grab some fish n chips afterwards ....

I noticed your careful chili art and had a nice laugh 😂. This is quite a menu I would be overwhelmed so thanks for taking one for the team
Good video, thanks. What was the wooden hand at the beginning? How did the caviar/pistachio sorbet/baba au cachaca taste?

Well earned ☆☆ menu! At under $200 it did offer a wide selection of creative dishes! I loved the lamb!

Great video and amazing food, but it would be interesting to hear your opinion on each course/ review of the entire experience

Surprised they didn’t clean the dropped food stuff off before the next course is served.
Beautiful art by food, but not my world.🕊

Thanks Head chef Rafael Cagali’s from Brazil and have Italian background, very nice restaurant, you should dine there someday

Nice video! What camera do you use to get that first person perspective?

Show the orignal whole pot special dish is some of Michelin restaurant style
@1:37. Strange looking arctic charr, I have to say. Those I fish are red in the flesh like a trout or salmon. They are related after all.
maybe camera lighting effect look strange

Les petits récipients étroits ne se lavent pas bien en machine à laver la vaisselle.
I prefer a big food
I don’t watt to pay too much for small portions
