Thanks for these videos! But I'm specifically looking for instructions on setting the delay and auto close. I believe this is a keypad issue and not the operator issue. I used one of your other videos to change the code on a property that I bought. I used to put the old code in and the gate would auto close after 30 seconds. Now that i've deleted that code and put in the new one, the gate will open and close only when the new code is input. It will no longer automatically close. Any insight would be extremely appreciated. Thanks in advance
The Linear keypad does not have a method to perform the auto close. Maybe other keypads do, but not the Linear. In my setup, the Nice control board does all delay and auto close functions. Not sure how deleting that other code changed the behavior like that.

I'm having to input the code three times one to perform the request then again to to turn off the green light and then again to close the door. How can I fix that issue? You need to use the "step" command instead of relay (which is described in this video). To do that, delete the code you created, then use this series of commands when setting a new code. This should work for you: 01# code# code# 1# add new code Note that the series finishes with 1# instead of 10#. Please reply here if this works for you or not. Thanks for your question.
Not sure I understand. Your Linear keypad won’t have anything to do with your remotes. Most likely you can program your operator control board to auto-close at a set time after the gates have been opened. I think I have a video on how to do that on this same channel. I wish you the best.
I have an issue with my keypad all of a sudden. When you put the code in, the light turns green but it never opens the gate. I can open it with remote or the button on the inside of the property but the code won’t work. Any suggestions as to why?
I suspect the wire between your keypad and gate controller has an issue. The wiring has at least 4 wires: 2 for power, and 2 for control. There is an issue with the 2 for control. This could be as simple as needed to check how they are plugged into the controller board. Maybe one got loose. Or the other end came disconnected at the keypad. If both ends are good then it could be wire damage somewhere in between. I believe this since your green light happens as expected and your keypad has power to it. I wish you the best.

How do you set the timer of the gate closing?
Can’t do that with the Linear itself. But on your control board most have an auto-close timer that you can set. I set mine to 30 seconds.
