Aren't you worried that your opponent for your upcoming fight will watch your vlogs and use the information in them against you? For example planning their strategy against what they see your strengths and weaknesses are. The vlog before this you showed your notebook with techniques you had written down too.

You need to be more sharp and put more speed in your strikes, and make them shorter, your defense too looks a bit too lax, its too much open, you need to be more tight.
Edit: and I'm not saying that just based on this video of course 😅

haha when I’m not on a wet slippery floor my strikes are shaper don’t you think? =D I’m not sure how you reed defense from shadow work (because I never posted serious sparring past 6months) but I can assure you my defense is extremely effective! it’s how I managed to stay so pretty till this day… ;) All jokes aside I’m working on speed, short hooks, and defense plenty. Have you been following me on IG? I think you need to see me when I’m sharp and at 100% ;)
