  • BW(92kg) because of some recent smaller injuries I wasn't yet able to complete the 2015 video so I decided to make a trailer... The message of the video is that you have to give your best even when times get hard... my favourite clip is the the iron cross on the bridge. I think it was my best iron cross hold so far and it felt really awesome.... I hope you like the video and stay tuned for the 2015 showreel... =)

    you have dealt with some really serious injuries Dominic....That's what motivates me to keep practicing and going when I think my elbow hurts. A little discomfort I can handle but not achieving my goals is a pain that I can do without. your videos have helped me make serious progress. Thank man.

    Fantastic.....great movitator !I'm 65 and still working out on my rings....used to be able to do a front lever, but haven't done one in a few years.Doing back levers and working on lowering myself all the way down while holding the leverAlmost there.....still do muscleups occasionally, although they are a bit hard on the elbowsStarted doing handstand pushup negatives in training for HS pushupsAnother move that I could do reps of a few years agoIt's still fun and feels great Keep up the good work Dominik !

    Watching you get bigger over the years, you always seem to be under 12% bodyfat. Do you track calories and make sure you are always at a slight surplus? Doesn't this make you feel like putting on a little fat could make you get stronger faster?
    I've always done cutting/bulking cycles, and cutting sucks because you lose strength or at the very best can't get stronger, and bulking sucks because you don't look so great shirtless anymore. What's the secret to lean bulking?

    DUDE you've inspired me but i'm 1.82 tall and 54 kg. How to start my training so i can be like you.. I've trained freerun. Broke my arm 2 times i have to operations on my hand and now my hand is not strong as the other one... Please reply and tell me or make a video for a begginer like me !     You know, a lot of fitness guy's wouldn't show the bad times, or the fails, and most especially throwing a jumping temper tantrum like @ 2:47 ...but that can be the most powerful motivation for your viewers beyond anything else! Great vid!

    Much respect brother! Im a cancer-survivor and when i went through my chemo-treatment i watched alot of your videos! they actually made me start doing calisthenics in my recovery as bodyweight dident hurt as much as barbell n gym exercises. I have since started to incooperate more advanced movements and capoeira! Anyways much respect from Bosnia/Denmark
    And if interrested my cancer motivational movie can be found by searching my name... I only put out my own vids, to show people whats possible after winning the almost impossibe battle.. welcome by. Thank dominik

      Yes i am. Thank you very much for the support! The video is called "from bodybuilder to cancer and back" But i am trying to form my own channel and plan on opening tiny donations later on, Idea is to buy gifts for children that are sick, and recording the event as proof and motivation for those that help out. But thats down the road, first off i gotta get big/ Lol in many ways
      Thanks for the support. Anyways these videos that fitness athletes like Dominik put out pushed me to do my own. Yet agian, that guy made me incooperate calisthenics into my routine.

      +SkaidOff you need to understand volume, frequency and intensity and how to manipulate them and how to program a good routine (which also needs to be balanced for posture reasons!). Resistance is, after all, resistance. Weighted or unweighted. You can do powerlifting + calisthenics (i do it) and it works really, really good.

      +SkaidOff Yo..... stretch tons..... The more you do yoga and what not, the more you will be able to feel your body, and the faster you will heal...... other than that train hard and feel your body. Let everyday be its own, new workout......

    Dom, for the last couple of years you have inspired me to push every bit of sweat, blood, and tears out in order to get what I want... Although I have a long way to go, the videos you produce have really helped me want to achieve my goals. I workout 3 times a day at minimum 6 days a week because their is always something to improve on and I enjoy every minute of it. I just wanna say thank you, because of you I can do pull ups with an extra 70+ pounds attached to me, I can do weighted dips with ease, I learned one arm pushups from you, and multiple other things. Thanks man, all the best.

      Yea, 3 Times. A morning Jog + Meditation or light boxing (gets the blood pumping). and afternoon lift or calisthenics + Core and low end cardio. Then evening of practice on handstands, planche's leaning and tuck planche, hollow body, ring holds, false grip holds etc.
      I divide my training up and it works for me.

    Wow, I could not imagine getting so frustrated over not obtaining results. But seeing as you are quite physically successful, for each their own. Personally, i think its better to be journey oriented than goal oriented.

      ***** Thanks for the reply. "Failing 1000 times at something and keep trying." I have to admit I've never been in that boat. The longest ongoing project has been the single handed pull up for me which has been in progress for a little less than two years. I've attempted practiced the single hand pull on probably about 150 days thus far. (I could say i've tried it over 1000 times if we go by attempts as I attempt it via negs about 20x per arm for those days but that's not legit).
      But I'm not frustrated for not hitting it yet as the way I see it when I started I couldn't even hang on the bar with one arm now I can flex arm hang for a sec with my chin over with one arm and a slow negative. Plus, now I can do many more reps on pull ups, variated pull ups, including muscle ups, etc. So instead of seeing it as 150 failures it feels more like 150 small progressions.
