I like this garage video. I welded up my front bumper too and it’s pretty satisfying and a much better fit for the vehicle.

No mods needed.
How did you attach it ? If you are using factory 8 bolts, don’t try to recover anyone with kinetic rope or you will lose your bumper, we know we done that before
XJ's where the cheapest pos made by jeep, can't believe they make such good fourwheelers but they do! Nice job guys.
XJ is the definition of Polishing the 💩 to make it great!
You have to make sure also that its gapped correctly away from the body. Otherwise it will clunk every time you hit a bump.
It has plenty or a gap, like there is way to much then it should be, but we can’t complain you get what you paid for
Looking good! I always been a fan of the XJ but my friend told me they are unibody and I couldn't believe it. I still want one.
As Good as Toyotas frames are they’re not any better than the old XJ
We have friends with 3rd gen’s and newer they all twist the same as Unibody does

next time you take on a project like this vas, look up my friend Gary at DIY Offroad Products in oregon. His kits are far superior and go together in about an hr. ive done several like the front you put together, ugg. i dont wish that process on anyone. Thanks for another killer video. take care buddy!

Мы с товарищем недавно закончили делать заднюю 4-link подвеску на мой ZJ с установкой моста крайслер 8.25 от KJ. Один бы я это делал очень долго, да и пришлось бы кучу инструмента покупать для начала.
Я уже в этом доме живу 12 лет соседи уже привыкли, с друзьями всегда веселей молодец продолжай так дальше
Take the mount from passenger side flip it and put on drivers side and vise versa..
The bolts don’t line up, if flip them 🤷♂️
I did a review on this bumpers fitment and Amazon denied the review.....
I learned a lot about a lot of stuff this day.... I am humbled by my lack of fabrication knowledge.
