    Hi Quenby. Glad to have you back! Your videos have been incredibly useful for me as a new therapist. I was wondering if you could make a video for when teens continue self-harming after using safety planning and the strategies you mentioned. What other strategies could they use? I would really appreciate it

    How would you handle situations that involve a parent telling you something extremely important that may be detrimental to the child's mental health and the parent asks you not to tell the child because they want to figure out how to tell them themselves? Is it an ethical issue to keep a secret from the child even if it is to prevent mental harm?

    But sometimes it is really hard to convince teens to tlk about issue wih family. They say absolutely not. But you cant keep it. What should counselor do in this situation?
