My fav Switch games of 2022 were Fire Emblem: Three Houses, Pokémon Shield and Animal Crossing. Shield was my first time playing Pokémon on the Switch and I really enjoyed the more open gameplay and had a lot of fun with it! Also, I'm really enjoying Pokémon Scarlet right now! Glad to hear you're loving Violet!😊 Outside of Switch games, the Great Ace Attorney Chronicles was a big standout for me-it's available on Switch, but I played it on PC. Both Breath of the Wild and Unpacking are games I want to play eventually so I'm glad to hear you enjoyed them!☺️
this was fun to watch, hope you'll do more gaming content! it's always cool to hear youtubers talk about hobbies/topics besides what they're known for. also i like watching things while playing games as well haha. and i agree with your takes on these games, i think you're very fair and logical even if i have slightly different opinions (like for me pokemon sword would've been further down, it was so disappointing and empty 😭)
i'd definitely recommend going for a steam deck over a PS5, first because of comfort and portability, but mainly because steam's games are just better. You pay like £8 for a game on steam vs £20 on console, there's always sales (you can buy using discounted code sites like g2a, or humble/fanatical bundles), plus there's more indie games, so the 'exclusives' are more varied! Just my opinion though, as a biased PC gamer!!
Hey agree with a lot of your comments but it's worth noting not to buy from g2a (humble is awesome tho!). G2A sells a lot of stolen keys and has unethical practices. If you buy stuff from g2a (especially indies), devs don't see a cent. Some devs have even said they'd rather players pirate than buy from g2a
Do you stream your gameplay on Twitch, RUclips, or another platform? I am new to your channel and didn’t notice any streams. I think many people would enjoy that content based on how you speak of your gameplay experience. Plus it gives you a chance to chat/connect with your viewers, which should help your channel grow. On the flip side, if games are more of reality-escape mechanism, then I wouldn’t recommend streaming. We all need an escape from time to time, and turning it into profit will have unintended consequences. It’s ultimately up to you what you do with your time. Great video by the way. It covered a lot of games with good synopses, many of which I have yet to play. Now I have a few games to look into in 2023
Hi Angelika, just recently found your nintendo channel after following your drama channel for a long time lol. Have you ever tried Stardew Valley? It's one of my favorite games on pc, even bought it on the play store and for my switch. It's a farming simulator but I love it for the story and characters! It may look wholesome at first but there is a lot of hot TEA 🍵🍵🍵in the community you are in! I played most of the games on your tier list most on the pc and I totally agree with this list!
@@angelikascorner If you enjoy it, I would recommend adding mods that add more story to your game when you finish the game. Would also recommend Coral Island if you want something similar to stardew. Enjoy playing
HARD agree on pretty much all of these, especially Animal Crossing and Pokemon. Also rest in peace Professor Layton 🥲 it has left a hole in my heart never to be filled. I've been so lucky with not getting many issues with Pokemon Violet and it's the first pokemon game I've cared about in YEARS, especially after the mid-ness of Sword and Shield. Went into Violet with the lowest expectations and I was so utterly delighted. And although Animal Crossing NH had god tier timing with lockdown release, I loved AC for the villagers and town life simulation so it essentially being a vehicle for decoration didn't hold my attention and it wasn't totally my vibe so I barely touch it anymore. Based on what you said about Cozy Grove compared to Animal Crossing I will DEFINITELY be checking that out!

I love your content because we are both into beauty and video games (specifically switch games) you always have me looking forward to new uploads!

Thanks💗 I think I always rate Pokemon a minimum B out of bias and nostalgia but you’re right!

All the ones on the great and addicted tiers are on my wishlist apart from AC and Zelda which I already have
Just Commenting for the algorithm 💛
💗
Thank you
Several of my quests in dreamlight valley (like the Moana one everyone was having issues with) are STILL bugged and it irritates the shit out of me
PLEASE when you get the PS5 make sure you check out The Last of Us Part 1!!!!!
That’s honestly the main game i’m buying the console for!
Also Kena could be your vibe as well ❤️🥰
Angelika you should try Persona 5. It's a really good game, I promise you!!!!!!
I don’t really play games personally but my husband does and Persona 5 was the game that I love watching my husband play the most😂
