Thanks for your videos, they are very useful to me. As an orange belt who trains with black belts in their programs, I can't always remember all the steps. Even though I am just a 13 year old girl I feel that karate is my life and that I want to get very far. I am part of an Italian koryu uchinadi association (because I am Italian).
