I could not tell, but that looks like a Freud 99-762 shaker R&S bit set, something I was looking at as an alternative to the Rockler set (that does not have the micro adjustment feature for thinner than standard width plywood panels). May I ask how it has held up to use? Any issues with it dulling fast? What type of wood do you generally cut it with? I usually use oak or poplar myself.
Have you used these bits with a painted project? I’m going to use 1/4” ply for my panels and I’ve heard that these bits a just a hair to big at its closet adjustment.
@@TheWhimsicalWoodworker I finally got his bit and the fit is good but I only got 2 rails in and it started chipping out my profile in random places. It’s maple and I tried shallow passes but it only helped a little. I’d hate to think I have to sharpen these after only a few passes.
At 12:28 you can see his groove cut for the stile or rail is slightly off. He can determine how far to adjust the cut based on how much stock is still remaining after the cut was made.
@@TheWhimsicalWoodworker I'm new to the router router table, and just purchased that bit (if that's the 99-762) I was looking for a very in depth explanation and demo when I found this video as I've never used one of these before, but there's many other videos out there.
Great video, thanks for showing your method of using this bit set!

The fit was perfect. Our doors are all painted.

Bad camera angles at times blocked critical shots.
Thanks for your input. I’ll try better next tjme
@@TheWhimsicalWoodworker But your content was excellent otherwise! Thanks.
What are you measuring w/ the calipers?

Need more volume, can't hear your instructions???
Thanks! Working to find a mic that works well. Currently recording everything on an iPhone
I wanted to see how you set up the bit and fence, but someone's stupid hand was in the way.
What would you like to see? We can do a short video highlighting that!
