    I have a problem when I create a new file, the lock appears on the file, how do I remove this lock.

      its something to do with CMD with the cipher command that automatically encrypts the files. I don't know how to turn it off and I'm still searching since i accidentally turned it on through CMD :\

      OH WAIT I FOUND IT! Run CMD as an Administrator. Once in there, change the directory with "cd" and the then put "C:/" and hit enter. This changes the directory for CMD to decrypt new files that are added to your computer. Now do "cipher /f" and hit enter. It should say "New files added to this directory will not be encrypted." It should list all the folders below that where your added files will not be encrypted. This makes it so that anything created to the C drive (so anywhere on your computer) will not be encrypted and therefore your new added files will not be encrypted anymore.

    Nice video, user was encrypted few files but we are not aware on that, my it team deleted that user profile and created new profile now we could not open the encrypted files .. may we how to recovery the files.
