Careful, when/if or just thinking you dissolved your ego. It will be reborn if you let it. Do not ever stop continuously moving your path fwd. It will creep up on you and tap you on the shoulder stronger then ever. Childishly I accidentally brought it back, probably just suppressed it instead of dissolving it. Now back to the internal work again. The experience I had prior to it starting to come back was amazing. Living within fear and guilt again 😂 sucks. At least I know there IS a pay off. Never stop meditation. Stopping along with other things was my slow spiral back to ego. That's what I get for thinking my beginner butt knew more then it actually did, just because I had an amazing experience 😂 Now back to repeating what i did before. Out with the old energy, in with the new.
In, up into the head, in through the nose, hold, then out through the mouth, in a blowing fashion, as if to blow out a candle.
Repeat, and destress.
A collective ego serves nobody, factually.
The expectations of others are merely there in order to sustain their own patterns.
I don't want to be emptiness! That means I won't die and that's boring, but wait, I just said I didn't want to die! Grr!
