@@daniellopez46 There are so so many of them that Jason created! Specifically the ones that are called Sleep talk down (there are several of them). I usually choose the ones that have the most beautiful music because Jason's voice in ANY of his meditations is calming and puts me to sleep:))) I listen to them before bed AND if I wake up in the middle the night. If you are trying to get off sleep meds, please do it very very slowly (slowly and consistently lowering the dosage). Be very consistent with breathing and meditation practice. Make sure you start doing the meditation with deepening and slowing down your breath - it relaxes the mind. Try "box breathing". Then keep on listening to your preferred meditation on a loop until you go to sleep, even if takes many hours. There were many times when I got frustrated when on some nights meditation didn't work and I used meds instead. It was not a good idea. Consistency is your friend. Eventually you'll train your mind to relax and go to sleep naturally. It takes time.
In any way please be gentle with yourself and don't beat yourself up if on some nights it doesn't work. Sending love and wishing you best of luck💜💜💜💜💜💜

This was a wonderful experience for me. It released the terrible pain tonight from my surgery -- it completely went away. I saw my grandparents coming to me in a bright light, and tears came out of my eyes and my body shaking all over for a long time -- and then the pain completely left my abdomen. It was unbelievable. I am still crying from the experience.
Congratulations! Shaking is the body's way of releasing Trauma. Am so happy for you - use this experience going forward, it will help with the scar tissue from the surgery which is really important to take care of.
I listened to this meditation once and fell asleep during it. What's totally amazing is that I've been having severe pain in my right shoulder for the last 6 months and it's almost entirely gone, which is tripping me out. I've also seen a dramatic increase in my prosperity. I literally just listened to this three days ago and all of that has happened! Thank-you for making this incredible video!

Dear Jason, I’m about to listen and fall asleep to your beautiful voice and words of calm and inspiration. Just as I have for six years. It’s been six years since I lost my son Corey when he took his life. I was plunged into an abyss of pain, regret, heartache, and guilt, I couldn’t sleep, nighttime was the worst time. When I found you, it took awhile but gradually I found some peace, some clarity and sleep. I lost my son James May 2022 and the pain has crippled my body. I felt old injuries reawaken. Sleep once again was somewhere I didn’t want to be. It was the time between distraction and actual sleep that I tried so hard to avoid. The thoughts, the remembering. Again I turned to you and again you bring me peace, relaxing the muscles clamped in anxiety and pain. I appreciate you so much. Your voice, the words you speak are full of tenderness and love. You are an Angel I’m sure of it. Corey ❤ James ❤️ I love you my sons, I hold you close. I’ll always remember my beautiful boys.

Honestly, ever since I took my new job (3 years ago) I haven’t slept well. This week I purposely turned off TV streaming and switched over to these videos and I have had 4 great nights of sleep. I fell sound asleep during the first the hour of listening and following your voice and sounds. There are so many to choose from, but nothing has worked for me. I’ve tried every other one and all the HZ ones. So…..thank you!!!!

My life would have been amazing if my beautiful beloved husband had lived ..
I was at dialysis when I started to listen to this. I wasn't able to fall asleep because I was full of more energy than I can remember, but so far, I feel really good. Thank you. I'm not sure if I'll do it at night or not, because I'm a little worried I'll have too much energy to sleep, but lots of energy the rest of the day? Heck yeah. I'll play it by ear, but I loved the meditation, and I've tried a few.

It can be difficult to find the right balance between having enough energy during the day and winding down enough to fall asleep at night.
