No shots at Muta putting in the months of research work alongside with Coffee together, they're both doing an amazing job, but so far I've much more enjoyed Coffee's videos on this series. Muta's have felt a bit more rambley and unnecessarily stretched out.

Check out the law in Ireland for holding a promotion competition, it's wild. You need a lottery license. If you don't have one, you cannot have an entry fee for the competition, in any way shape or form. It has to be free entry. It also cannot be a game of chance. You have to show that some sort of skill has to be used to win. There are even a bunch of rules around using a question to find a winner. Irish people got it nailed.

I have been working in oil and gas for a fortune 500 company as a safety engineer for the past 3 years and one thing that surprised me is that being "heavily regulated" doesnt really mean much. It is 80% based on the honor system and if you wanted to you could easily get away with falsifying a lot of things. The fact that the sweepstakes industry is heavily regulated doesnt mean they cant easily bullshit the whole thing.
What they do is they give the car to one of their friends to pose as the winner. They get to keep the car and keep your money as well. This is common sense
WHOA! I will say I am a fan of their videos but always knew something shady was going on in the background (more so steves vids) and am glad I never bought into any of this wizza shit. Steves videos have their golden comedy moments, as do Nelks but the influx of money in the last year just went insane, and def hurt the legitimacy of the brands/channels. This series is phenomenal and hooked me right away. The crypto wallet tracking was so good.

An important detail you may be overlooking regarding consideration in sweepstakes is that, and I quote:
"The sponsor, however, may not discriminate in its treatment of sweepstakes entrants. Those who give some consideration to enter may not be treated any differently, or any more favorably, than those who do not give any consideration. The odds of winning must be the same for both. Dealing with the two differently would create pressure for entrants to choose to provide some consideration, turning the sweepstakes into an illegal lottery. " (taken from the Jones Day website)
So either these sweepstakes are lying and falsely advertising the additional entries per purchase or they are running an illegal lottery, Coffee even pointed this out in his first video. Even just making the free alternative entry unnecessarily more difficult would be considered incentivizing consideration, turning the sweepstakes into an illegal lottery.
Don't underestimate how many illegal lotteries take place under the guise sweepstakes simply because the field is "really regulated." The law is often very far behind in actually charging and shutting down these illegal dealings, I mean why do you think scams are so blatant and abundant online and on social media?

Check out the law in Ireland for holding a promotion competition, it's wild. You need a lottery license. If you don't have one, you cannot have an entry fee for the competition, in any way shape or form. It has to be free entry. It also cannot be a game of chance. You have to show that some sort of skill has to be used to win. There are even a bunch of rules around using a question to find a winner. Irish people got it nailed.

I have been working in oil and gas for a fortune 500 company as a safety engineer for the past 3 years and one thing that surprised me is that being "heavily regulated" doesnt really mean much. It is 80% based on the honor system and if you wanted to you could easily get away with falsifying a lot of things. The fact that the sweepstakes industry is heavily regulated doesnt mean they cant easily bullshit the whole thing.

WHOA! I will say I am a fan of their videos but always knew something shady was going on in the background (more so steves vids) and am glad I never bought into any of this wizza shit. Steves videos have their golden comedy moments, as do Nelks but the influx of money in the last year just went insane, and def hurt the legitimacy of the brands/channels. This series is phenomenal and hooked me right away. The crypto wallet tracking was so good.
at the same time I feel like these guys making these vids exploiting the boys for exploiting the internet, comes down to jealousy, and it's sad lol, Nelk boys and Steve are both awesome, if theyre advertising gambling to their viewers and not trying to hide it, than who gives a shit, obviously their getting paid for the advertisement.
