Birds are looking great Mike! Love me some Rhode Island Reds. That and the Buff Orpington’s. Great layers. God bless brother good luck on those one lofts this year
Hi Mike thanks for update. They look wonderful. First two three times are the scary time and exciting but somehow you need to start good luck. Thanks again 👍👍😘😘😘🌹🌹
Yes have to start at some point you right. on the second release 13 came out and they did just as well so as long as the Hawks can stay away while they learn a little everything should be fine. Thanks for watching my friend.
Awesome Mike, love watching young birds figure it out! I am also sending 2 birds to Black Gold. I'm a little behind you on breeding, but hopefully I catch up! Thanx for sharing.
Thank you... yeah I'm working on it just bought a house new location start all over again soon as I get everything running post new videos but thank you for all you do for the pigeon Flyers
Love how they are free to fly and come back home. There's no place like home~. Chickens for eggs. We're thinking of having a few. A rolling coop with only 3 hens.
When I was a kid my father bought 100 Rhode Island red baby chicks. Best laying hens around just my opinion another great video Mike keep them coming and good luck this year Happy Easter
I love watching them when they first begin flying but the their landings are the most entertaining part. Great Stuff Rocky Ridge! Checkout Granite City Lofts sometime 👍
Last I checked there was a couple month waiting list but that just shows lots getting that idea now. Hope it works out for you. Nothing like having your own fresh eggs 👍
It’s tough to know when is the right time because red tails can catch young birds but once they have a little experience aren’t much of a threat anymore. As you know a little bit of patience goes a long way because the last thing you want is to have to say I shouldn’t have let them out! Best of luck my friend
Turns out there were only two female quail and the reason they weren’t laying eggs is because of the Purina feed. Some research showed that poultry are not laying eggs using the Purina feed so I switched them a couple days ago and will find out soon if that was the problem.
Looking good, nervous times but also great to see them out. Love Rhode Island reds. I might get a few chickens now to since I don’t have pigeons in the chicken coop right now. You are going to be a egg eating machine with all them birds. You still have the dogs?
Man I love eggs but you’re right I will have to start giving them out or selling them because I can’t eat that many eggs! I just have one female about four years old and I pretty much retired from breeding them shepherds. I guess 38 years and thousands of dogs is probably enough lol. I like to think I did some good for the breed but just too much to keep up with. hope all is well my friend
Amazing birds! Strong healthy looking birds! I raise some pigeons that someone gave me. I would love to own a pair. Is that possible,I’m from Massachusetts ?
Hi Robert, I’m originally from Leominster Massachusetts. I have plenty of great quality racing pigeons for sale if you take a look at my Google site I have some of them listed. sites.google.com/u/0/d/1uTD7svaIeZjM3JBOHTtMtGEXlhdM7rY8/preview
Yes mostly the dominant colors are what I have out there right now. I was concentrating on the pedigree racers and their colors tend to be a little boring but needed to get my team started. I will be adding some other colors soon 👍
Witam Serdechno chydovo👍👍👍✌
The only thing better than watching babies take their first flight is watching them come in from a race.
I never thought of it that way but you are absolutely right
What's the size of the sun cage you
Lovely bunch Mike.
Thanks buddy 👍

Looks good Mike! You’re ahead of me. Hawks are still around my area so I’m going to hold off.
It’s hard to know when it’s the right time. I just been real lucky this year so far. I hope it works out for you soon.

Thanks for sharing. Still debating to let my birds out or wait until no more hawks in the area. I have a red-tail every day around my yard.

As you know a little bit of patience goes a long way because the last thing you want is to have to say I shouldn’t have let them out! Best of luck my friend

Hi! Mike sorry took so long to get back at you is the slate hen still available?

Do you have any deep rollers for sale
I’ve had a bad time with a pair of hawks. When they learn where the pigeons are they keep coming back.
They sure do man! Unfortunately
