Thank you mate. I built a sheet-metal bender and for some parts I used that but since the bender is located away from where I work (on the van) i did most bends by hand using a vise and a hammer :)
@@OneManOperation Very accurate work for hand bending. This sort of work in the UK would cost more then the vehicles worth so you don't see it done here. Making the parts is as interesting as fitting them for me. 👍

I know Ford transit are prone to rust never seen one that need so much welding as been parked at bottom the sea.
The man says rust repair, the title should be man fabricates himself a transit van piece by piece.
