11-6 sounds crazy, but no individual pick seemed nuts. They have a pretty easy schedule. Realistically I think you gave them every 50-50 game and their real record will be more like 6-11 or 7-10.
Wish I shared your optimism. Each of your W's individually seem like legitimate chances, the schedule just shows how much mediocracy there is in the league. Way to go though!

For example the Bengals were 9-8 and finished last in their division but have a legit chance to win their division this year. The Bears were two blown leads late in the 4th quarter from making the playoffs, have added a ton of talent & have one of the best projected defenses going into the season so they a legit chance at winning the division. Neither probably will happen but unlike the Panthers they are the most likely to go from worst to 1st.

Interesting enough, as bad as our team and coaching was last year, we were in several tight games. The addition of better coaches, better O-line, D-line, and some actual receivers, and any game is winnable.

The difference between 11-6 and 7-10 are going to be those 4 games against NO and Atlanta. I think everything else he had was reasonable, maybe at Chicago as W go L instead.
Yeah I'm not sure any team has ever swept the entire division in a season (at least in the south), that was particularly bold. I think he was onto something with the winstreak weeks 7-10 , but we probably lose the home game before that.

That Raiders roster had Jason Campbell as the starting QB, Darren McFadden was the starting RB, and they had Zach Miller (who was decent for the team and made his only Pro Bowl that year) as TE

If the defense is as good or better than last year and Canales shows any competency running this offense, this team will surprise this year. They have a favorable schedule, but I’m not fully committed to saying 11 wins type of success but we will be around in the playoff hunt late which is good progress. Or we could just be terrible again.
Couldn't agree more. We better show some kind of improvement, either kill it this season or tank for a high draft pick if things start going south (no pun intended 🤭) we have no business being in no man's land missing the playoffs and picking like 8th the way we have been past few years.
