This dude can barely walk, and is prolly at an 11 on the pain scale all the time. Absolute savage.
he is, he has stated that sadly, his baseline pain level is like a 10 :/ Poor dude. In a lot of the videos on his channel I think he's doped up a bit on opiates and it crushes me, still love him though.
@@Shareezy Can't really blame the dude. I bet he is in constant agony, and I imagine he is desperate for any small relief. He's still got the grit to even get out there and put up some weights its honestly incredible how strong his will is.

Ronnie is always so positive. Even after his back injuries, he's still in there getting after it.

Ronnie is an absolute bloody legend, i got a taste of a double herniated disc couple years ago, it literally took me two years to recover from it and i feel lucky. the pain scale easily tips to 10 and stays there, the pain, complications and all he has been through is heart wrenching but his mind/willpower & spirit to traverse such challenges is truly an inspiration to everyone.

He seems like a sweet genuine dude. It sucks that he got so fucked up with his back. Anyone know how his recovery is going? This dude is a fucking trooper. His Spine is ALL sorts of jacked up, but he's still getting it.
As far as I know, he is about recovered as he ever will be. The damage is permanent and the body sucks at repairing itself at his age. Still always smiling though!

This was the most I've seen Ronnie talk in a collab video. Usually it's mostly people just screaming his catchphrases at him lol.
I've heard it mentioned a few times, but I dont think Juji ever came out and talked about it, and I dont remember anything on IG, about his bicep tear? How he did it. was it a surgical repair? I didn't notice a scar.
Sad to see Ronnie like this, he can't walk and can't stand straight up anymore, always hunched over when standing, must be in a lot of pain, looks like sitting down provides him some relief. Good to see him still enjoying his true passion which is being in the gym, training and hanging around other bodybuilders.
Seeing him across the room at the Arnold, I was struck by just how imposing Ronnie is NOW. He must have been frightening in person during the Olympia days.

If you watch all Ron's old training vids, you'll see he uses short range, to keep muscle under tension, he never locks out and doesn't use full range...
