Zeus in his most recent Jayce matchup took comet and was able to have a really easy, sustainable lane against him while dealing an enormous amount of damage with his W and Arcane Comet. And he is, but an example. You may as well try it for yourself and see how easy, pressure lanes like Jayce become, with 2 points in W of Camille with comet.

Camille mains playing against good Teemo. Sometimes against competent GP or Jayce. Obviously noob Camilles just autopilot grasp tp ignite 24/7 and good Camille players can beat bad Teemo without keystone in the lane aka Conqueror or Grasp.
