    Absolutely adored the parent lecture of this. TWIM has been such a "game changer" for me. One of the common allegations about Buddhism has been that it is incredible for awakening but doesn't address emotion work. TWIM is an excellent counter to this concern. We face any internal state and accept it, let go, then return to nurturing a light, nimble, positive mind.
