Im a moonshiner. I found this to be an interesting twist on a final product "so to speak". Its basically pasteurized lemonade infused with alcohol. That may seem like a DUH response. But its not meant to be. I like this.... I like it a lot. I think if you bumped the alcohol to above 30% it would be long term shelf stable. It could be stored as a concentrate and diluted by 50% with cold water when served. This opens up a few doors I hadnt thought of before. Great post!
Thank you for this feedback. I'm definitely going to try your suggestion. I love the idea of having it as a concentrate. I see it going further as far as servings. Thanks for watching and the comment. ❤️
@@Cookinginaninstantwithsonya I’m going to be doing this exact thing this week end.. I will be in touch with how it works out… but I definitely think it’s full proof to be shelf stable concentrate at above 30% AVB. Higher AVB the better. I will probably move to 50% AVB and heavy concentrate lemon juice and sugar… im not sure FDA has advice on this type of storage. Worth looking into.

Thank you so much 😀
Great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Use water to proof down
Do you have a strawberry version?
Hi there! The process would be the same. Just add your strawberries to a basket and insert into the pot. That sounds delicious!!
For Glen👀👀👀
I like your recipe but instead of using lemon juice are used Lemonheads and it turned out perfect
That sounds amazing. I think I will try that next time.
