This is the trickle-down bike tech/data we need. No gizmos and speedsniffers, just tell us which configurations are fastest/easiest on the riders for different conditions. Once you're done converting all that data into wins please share with us Ineos :D

This is exactly what I'm doing at the moment with a CdA sensor and accelerometers but without the budget and blokes in fleeces!...then you realise you shouldn't be doing all damping and suspension with the tyre alone...

Big respect to Conti for investigating my hookless tyre blowoff. The fault was with the wheel, not the tyre, but their involvement was impressive.

@@danbigham6184oh really? I had no idea. 😊 Irony aside, have you noticed similar results to Silca tire pressure research? I mean, the increased rolling resistance when the tire pressure is too high? Research like this could benefit the entire cycling community. It would also be easier to convince my friends that 25mm tires at 120PSI are not the thing anymore. 😅

Conti tires are just too hard to mount. They should work on them to fit carbon rims easier. I've switched to Pirelli's. Great tires.

conti are easy. Ive been using them since 1997. It is just your technique brother. Give me ANY conti on ANY rim and I will get it on with no tire levers. Even the ebike tires and they are HARDCORE stiff.
Watch my vids on tire installation. Always squeeze the beads into the middle of the rim channel for easiest install with no levers required. IYKYK.
