Because of how absurdist HD is, I fully believe that they have some kind of Super Gravity generator or some process to increase/decrease gravity for human survivability.
In the case of Mars, it is possible, but for the other planets, it is much more likely that they simply colonized only planets with gravity similar to Earth.
@@LipeSun Also the only planets we (SEAF and enemies) only fight over planets with an atmosphere conducive to life. That’s why it looks like there’s so little planets in a sector despite it being a galaxy.
Didn’t they use drills to inject dark fluid into Meridia to turn it into a black hole. I don’t know how much it takes to turn it into that but if it’s a-lot, wouldn’t that mean they could inject more mass into a planet to give it a higher gravity?
@@Joemama-xw2wy I think in the first game there were moons, that didn't have atmosphere. So Not very habitable. Maybe in the second galatic war this is the case though.
In my headcanon the explanation for gravity is that we could inject dark fluid into planets' cores, not enough to Meridia it but enough to increase the gravity to Super Earth-levels
I want a dark fluid grenade or other kind of weapon or stratagem so that I can make mini black holes. That would suck in and crush and then explode all foes of Super Earth.
@Cat-On-Wabdermelon I refuse to believe SE has the technology to create artificial gravity for entire planets. It'd be easier to revive the core, which is a near impossible feat
@@1stColonialRegimentwhat I mean this they could place artificial gravity under specific points to generate the gravity, the rest of the planet is normal gravity
The whole "old science" gravity thing can probably be explained by a form of extremely democratic anti-gravity technology, Courtesy of the Ministry of Science. Another example of this is on Super Destroyers, where you jumping half-way across the galaxy applies absolutely no force to you, even though you're travelling at FTL speeds. If we consider FTL to be something else entirely (like a form of teleporting), still travelling at sub-light speeds across a planet would definitely kill you if you're talking about old science. I'm assuming that through sheer force of will and democratic belief, the suits helldivers wear are fitted with this unknown tech, to explain why all planets dived on have consistent gravity. Glory to The Ministry of Science and Super Earth!
This channel singlehandedly keeping the ministry of science informed
Yes it is

Imagine if that's what the Illuminate were counting on and they just blow up all of our colonies
Or they actively only colonize planets with Earth-like gravity, which would be much easier.
@@LipeSun yep, if we presume the map is the entire (or at least a solid amount) of the Milky Way, this is most likely

Science education channel veiled as ingame worldbuilding 💯
Terraforming has always fascinated me. I love this stuff
It's crazy the kinds of planets that have been colonised by The Federation of Super Earth. We are really an adaptable species.
Why are people living in hellmire 💀

God I love this regiment
8:16 No thank you for doing these things as a helldiver one doesn't get much time to learn but thanks to you i get to know a little bit more
Glory to the 1st Colonial Regiment.

Adding gravity could be explained by artificial gravity as seen on the super destroyers
