We finally had some fresh blueberries here, and so it was time for some cobbler Sasha-style. Excellent, as always. So easy to prepare and bake while getting the rest of the dinner ready. I used the jumbo berries, since they were on special this week, but I think next time I'll stick with the smaller size to enhance the blueberry flavor. Applesauce is a binding agent. It adds a bit of sweetness and tart flavour. Mashed bananas might work. This is a gluten free recipe but there’s no reason you couldn’t use AP flour - of course this is only my opinion. I veganize recipes so am always substituting. Good luck. ♥️🇨🇦
