    One RN I met who did hospice care said Metforman was taken by 99% of those who died by organ failure. That is all I need to know on that subject!

    • @TheRealDoctorNelson
      @TheRealDoctorNelson 2 месяца назад

      That is real big statistic...maybe it was because 100% of them needed help with blood sugar? Metformin is not perfect, but without knowing the cause of death of all those 99%, I dare to say the poison in them was the sugar! It's called a confounder. Ideally I prefer no medication, not one if you can get to be metabolically healthy 😁

    Dr Nelson, thank you for this interview with Kerry! I've learned a few things I didn't know before. What Canola stands for, that rape seed /canola is a toxin to the heart, and a few other things. Your grandson is so precious...and my grandchildren are my "why " also. God save the children through the proper human diet! We must influence parents, esp. mothers to know how to feed their children.

It seems completely insane to me but maybe I don't have anything to lose. I even tried Ozempic and literally just ate through the cravings. I just want something to work.

      I highly recommend that you check out "Carnivore Cure" channel, Tod had amazing results and he has interviews with others also.
      Also check out Bill Nott
      I've been carnivore for one year (yes, dirty carnivore at times, with going back into the "carb ditch" with returning to sugar habits), BUT even during those times, all my meals stayed carnivore, but I was adding in sweet treats...
      BUT today I'm on day 77 of completely abstinence from carbs/sugar/coffee.

      We notice the visible fat loss first, while muscle gains are more subtle unless you are working at building them.

    • @TheRealDoctorNelson
      @TheRealDoctorNelson Месяц назад +1

      Whether you eat once, twice or three times a day, eat until you are full and don't eat/snack again until you are hungry. Yes there is a certain amount of "sacrifice" at the beginning. You must not snack between meals. Snacking only perpetuate the hormonal roller coaster that keeps you having cravings. Good luck!

      Canola seeds DO NOT EXIST, they are modified RAPESEEDS. Canola means CANada Oil Low Acid. A made up name to sell you a machine lubricant as cooking oil. I specifically said I was NOT saying grapeseed but rapeseed. Excuse my accent.

  • @maggiemalone5957

    Canola oil is NOT grapeseed oil. It IS Rapeseed oil, and Crisco was the "motor oil" , not canola. JS Not that canola is good for us. It's still bad. I just wish these experts would get their facts straight. Still love your videos. ❤❤❤

      @@TheRealDoctorNelson Sorry. So many people believe Canola is grapeseed oil and because they've never heard of rapeseed oil they hear grapeseed, even without an accent. I believe he misspoke and corrected himself on the (g)Rapeseed oil, he said, because of his accent. But in reality...do you know what "vegetables" are actually in Crisco? Crisco was actually used as oil lamp oil. Electricity wasn't in vogue at the time. So maybe rapeseed oil is motor oil?
