Do you eat your Bulls?

We are often asked about eating bulls from other breeds of cattle besides Dexters. We cannot comment on the quality of beef from other breeds so let us know! Do you eat your bulls? What breed? How old? Cuts you wouldn’t recommend?

We always put them in hamburger. Taste just fine. I have heard of mixing the meat with heifer and steer. But all in all meat is meat.
