this is a scam. RX 7800 XT should perform better than that! I have one for playing warzone. My fps on normal textures no upscaling @1440p is 200-250fps
He is cpu bottlenecked for some reason. This cpu should be able to perform at 200-250 fps. If I had to guess it would the xmp profile is turned off. My other guess would be that the ram is single channel or the settings in the files for the cpu are wrong
@@4bodeyt646 if you are getting many stutters check your temps. It is definitely not worth upgrading from a RX 7800 XT to a 4070 Super. Or perhaps it is the CPU, not the GPU.

In first preset, gpu is bottlenecking. In 2nd and 3rd preset, cpu is bottlenecking.
What the driver u play on ? Did u have any stuutering problems ?
Really rarely, once per 20-30 minutes and it is barely noticeable, as you can see the 1% low is above 100 fps. This is on the newest driver 24.7.1
