15-Minute Bodyweight Bootcamp (Low Impact, Small Space) | Joanna Soh
Bring the outdoors indoors with this bootcamp-inspired circuit training! We’ll be doing total-body compound exercises to build strength and torch some serious calories. The exercises are low impact, and you’ll only need a very small space to perform them.
Exercises Sequence: 45 secs Work - 15 secs Rest (Repeat x2)
Workout Duration: 15 minutes
Estimated Calories Burned: 100 - 120 Cals
Exercises:
1. Narrow to Wide Squats
2. Bear Crawl
3. Forward to Reverse Lunges
4. Plank Walk Climbers
5. Side to Side Shuffle
6. Push up with Shoulder Taps
7. Single Leg Kneel to Squat

Love your workouts Joannah, just hope u use counting for each one to make it easier and set a pace so I don’t go too fast or too slow ( especially with workouts need to go slow like bridges or slow squats,..)

I did an hour of cardio yesterday and I haven't worked out since last summer so I am absolutely dead. 14 minutes is quite embarrassing compared to how I used to be, but I'll get there again :)

I find it hard. I have done many Jonah exercises. I recently gained weight again, apart from her other workout, i find this hard because it has most with your own body weight, and no skipping or light exercise in between. I will again become strength and will be fit.

Hi. I love your videos I can't believe I am addicted to workout videos you are amazing. I just wanted to ask as I am gain weight and trying to loose weight (I am 5.6 and weight is 83kg) (pcos) I avoid rice and wheat roti (am indian) and take tomato soup with chicken, meat etc but I avoid rice and wheat roti (bread) my trainer and other people are telling me that I will gain weight again but am so confused what should I do? I want to loose weight that helps me to loose approx 600 grms every day. I hope you reply to this comment it will be very helpful. Thank you

I always start my workout plan in order to loose weight.....but afte one or two weeks....I got a pulled muscle...in my waist, or in neck . 🙄🙄
And again I had to drop my workout plan 😔😔
