Thanks you so much! You would have loved the pork scratchings, fresh and hot!! They were something else😉 and the sai oua sausage was really good too, like a Thai curry flavor explosion 😋🤤
Hello, I began to watch your channel and liked the fact that you show the price in CAD also 😊 I subscribed. Look forward to more videos- From Canada 🇨🇦

Amazing video guys!!! It was a very interesting episode featuring food that I’ve never heard of before. I hope one we’ll get to visit Thailand and try its delicious food. The Thai sausage was to die for 🤤 Keep up the great work 💪❤️
We hope you'll get to visit someday soon as well and try all the amazing food here, you will love it all!! The sai oua sausage was so good😋🤤 thanks so much for your support and for watching 🧡
Thank you so much for watching and commenting 😊 we love Thailand and always enjoy visiting and tasting the amazing food in the country, it's our pleasure😉
That is grilled Cat fish very tasty especially eating with special sauce such as tamarin sauce (Nam Jim Jaeww), sweet fish sauce and just to be careful with fish bone. Enjoyed. 😁😋👍
I am so pound of you that you always do rearch about foods before you eat, so it helps you to eat them correctly, and to be able to provid the correct information about the ingredients of those foods to the audians. Quality Chanel 💐👍👏🥰
Hi chris and Steph that looks nice again. What a nice life you have so much variety with the food nice weather and what strikes me the most is that everything is so cheap. That suki seems to me the tastiest. Greetings from the Netherlands. Keep up the good work beautifully filmed 🤗😋💞🍻🍻👋
Hi Richard👋 thanks so much for your comment and for watching :) we really enjoyed the suki, it was so fresh and very flavourful, the perfect way to finish off our day. Hope things are good in the Netherlands!
WOW.. Street foods always got very kick tastes. While you still in Chiang Mai check it out the saturday night market, a lot food stuff available there, interesting. Good Luck Steph & Chris. 😋😊👍
Hey Jack! We've been to the Saturday night market, it's huge! Full of so much good stuff and lots and lots of shopping. It's so great to just walk around and explore though we love it. Thanks for your comment and for watching 😊
Yes isn't sai oua so delicious!? We love it so much. That's saying something, since there are many spicy Korean foods!! We lived in Korea for some time and had some very spicy foods there 🔥🤣🤤
"Prik Num"=young chilli , first kick isn't too strong , but the second and the third kick is stronger and strongest , so far so hot , be careful and sure u take the small amount of the Nam Prik first and this will be better if you could adjust to the spiciness , bon appetite!!..
Thanks for the tip Jirarat, the heat of the nam prik noom definitely increases as you eat it. It was so tasty and went perfect with the crispy pork skin🤤😋 thanks for watching!
Khao Kan looks like corned beef hash. Sai Qua would have be a complete meal with addition bell pepper, onion, & mushroom. Snake head fish look completely burn on the outside. Glad they've provided Nam Krik Noom for dipping because I hardly see any seasoning on crispy pork skin. Moo Ping almost looks like pork jerky when is flat and like the chicken liver in skewer too. Khanom Buang one is with shredded coconut and the other one could be dried squid since is salty and I though they both looks like shredded carrots. Those laab can be fillings for dumpling. I like the way they did those pig brains-Aab Ong Aw like pancake. Those are Napa actually still considered as Cabbage in Thai Suki is the star of the dish.
You're right, it does look a bit like carrots! The laab could totally be a filling for dumplings 😄 thanks so much for your comment and for watching :)!
For Khanom Buangfillings , the yellow one is Foi Thong (egg yolk thread). I don't know if there's shredded coconut version because I've never seen that. And the orange one is shredded coconut seasoned with dried shrimp. I don't know if you've tried Khaoniao Sangkaya (sweet sticky rice with Thai custard). There are 2 more toppings that are being sold together, Khaoniao Pla Haeng (sweet sticky rice with dried seasoned fish) and Khaoniao Na Kung (same with the orange Kanom Buang filling) In the past, there were so plenty of river prawns. People can even make snacks using prawns. But unfortunately I was born in 80's, when I see those snacks, they already adapted from prawns to shredded coconut. 🤣
Welcome to Thailand …All thai food salty taste because cook for eat with rice . Someone try without rice then feel salty a little … Have a nice trip and thanks you too much for explain of thai food . ( sorry my English not well 😊

We'd say the same probably, put even more. A lot of the places have fresh local fruits and vegetables, especially from the local markets and they are incorporated into a lot of the dishes

The grilled fish isn't snakehead fish. It's cat fish.
