As a showjumper, I’m super excited to see equestrians getting some recognition in mainstream media! Love how she touched on the pre round anxiety and how she manages it, not a lot of people like to mention that but we all feel that way to a degree. It can be intimidating looking into the ring at a big, technical course at the in gate right before you go in! That’s where all of that training and trust in both you and your horse’s ability comes into play.

Same here. I do not own a horse, certainly couldn't own one, expensive but I love them , ride and have equine craft I'd like to sell.
I only wish to see more of our generation into horses anything that's not part of this " norm" thing.
Also I've become less ignorant about the equestrian world. There is a LOT OF ABUSE in these disciplines and by far learning true horsemenship is everything about the horse, learning their body language and such.
I'm a follower of Rick Gore and learned a lot of problems there are in equine disciplines and training.
I realize how superficial people are with horses and have witness animal abuse which is my highest pet peeve.
I'm certainly more for the animals wear fare because they are subjected, having no choice so you do what's best for them First then being the selfish. Self indulge creatures that we are.

No! I’m disabled without a lot of money and I ride horses. If I were to go to higher levels, yes, money becomes a factor, but you can totally ride for fun!

I think I am the only person at my barn that wears sunscreen consistently- I have my floppy hat, too, and I really want to try Lumé, I have heard good things!
    Ah, the Desitin...
I usually end up wearing more of it than Manni does, haha!
I do love a pink muzzle, though!
I love how you train, so good to let them hack first and do a variety of things, rather than just endless circles!
You are definitely a horseperson to aspire to, I love equestrians who do things themselves, especially the horse-care- it really is part of the bond, and honestly you should do it because you love it, the grooming and care to me is just as fulfilling as the ride!
    You are awesome!
