  • This is traditional Russian and Ukrainian dish - cold summer soup. It can be cooked with kefir also, not with kvass.
    You can easily cook it by yourself much better than you can buy!

    Potatoes - 1 PC
    Radish - 2 PCs
    Cucumber - 1 PC
    Boiled beef - 100 gr
    Eggs - 2 PCs
    Green onion
