Thanks richard h , it was a challenge trying to keep those guys in frame.
After watching the video a few times ,I think it could've done with more slow motion shots.

It's harder than it looks.
Due to the speed the skaters are travelling, and the confinement of the bowl.
I had fun that day and learnt a lot.
